The room had a great view, and there was a sauna in the bathroom, which was a huge plus. The location was excellent, right next to Slussen subway station and several museums. Various boutique shops and cafes were all within walking distance, adding to its appeal. In typical Nordic fashion, no toiletries were provided, which is understandable. However, there wasn't even a rinsing cup at the bathroom sink, which felt very un-Hilton. The room curtains kept sliding down, so I had to prop them up with a table lamp, and even then, light still leaked in in the mornings. Both the sink and shower drains were incredibly slow, requiring me to pause midway through washing. Additionally, the toilet flush was very difficult to press. The executive lounge closed at 8 PM, and happy hour was from 5-7 PM.
This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels.
Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station.
Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops.
A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned.

Location is close to Stockholm centrum. Getting to and from the hotel by car was easy. Few parking spots at the hotel, expensive too. The breakfast became boring after a few days since there was not that much to choose from. Mall in walking distance, lots of stores to explore. All in all, ok experience, but not awed.
Traveling with my parents, and neither of us spoke English, but we managed to check in successfully with the help of a translation app. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Stockholm Central Station. It's very close to the Royal Palace, City Hall, and metro stations. There are also several great Chinese restaurants right across the street. We were very satisfied with the room facilities and cleanliness. Taxis are conveniently available right outside the hotel entrance. I highly recommend this hotel.
It was nice to stay for 5 nights and have a pleasant trip while resting well in a comfortable bed. It was close to T-Centrale, 4 metro stops away, and transportation to the airport was good.
There was a variety of breakfast menus, and the staff continued to manage well, so I didn't feel crowded. I stayed for 5 nights very satisfied, thank you.
The hotel is conveniently located near all stations, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town and the palace. The rooms are quite newly renovated, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The front desk staff are polite and friendly.
The flight to Stockholm was delayed by 3 hours, and we arrived at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel at midnight. The front desk staff made a mistake with our room assignment, and we had to move our luggage back and forth to the front desk twice before finally getting into our room! Although the front desk staff had already apologized, the hairdryer in the room was out of order, and the white mug had coffee stains! We called the room service desk to request replacements, and the housekeeping staff quickly replaced the items and also brought us fruits, boxed tissues, toilet paper, and hotel slippers! The service was fairly okay. Anyway, the room was tidy, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was plentiful! The staff were friendly and polite. However, after we checked out, when we used the restroom in the ground floor lobby, for some unknown reason, there was no water supply, which was inconvenient and unhygienic!
I stayed here for sightseeing, and it was a very convenient location close to central Stockholm. There's also a sauna and gym, so I was able to fully relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I had a very comfortable stay.
Also, there's a restaurant on-site, so I was happy to be able to enjoy a delicious meal without having to go outside even on a bitterly cold night. It was a comfortable and satisfying stay.
The front desk service is good. The facilities and beds are all very clean. The room is large and the double bed is quite wide. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. There is a bus stop downstairs, but the subway station is only a few minutes walk away.
Very Good

MM870845****I booked this hotel for a one-night stay because I had an early 4:20 AM Arlanda Express train to catch the next morning to Arlanda Airport. Its location is perfect, as the Arlanda Express platform is right downstairs, and there's a lift available, which was a huge help with my heavy luggage. The hotel entrance offers accessibility features, though you might need to know where to press the button for entry. The rooms are indeed quite small. My hallway on the 2nd floor felt narrower than my friend's on the 3rd floor, which also made my room feel more cramped. Next time, if I want a room with a window, I'd definitely prefer the 3rd floor, as it seemed to offer more space to unpack large suitcases. However, the hotel's early check-in service was absolutely fantastic. It saved me from having to lug my bags all over Stockholm, feeling like I was constantly on the run.
GGuest UserLocation is good near train station and shopping area but hotel looks old tho think they are going through some renovation inside, my room was spacious but a little hint once enter room it’s treasure hunting super irritating haha I have to hunt for my bedroom slippers toothbrush and kettle 😂 please ask for city view if possible cos once I open my window blind I’m like a prisoner inside looking out to an enclosed hotel rooms walls no view at all (please refer to my pictures) also I think it’s the European staff working culture and attitude cleaners are not detailed same as Marriott Denmark where I came from haha they gave me a half used small bottle hand cream then half side of slippers disappearing then some days they left their dirty cloth on my sink counter 😫 also not sure if they clean the toilet thoroughly or not cos if yes they would have noticed a faulty shower head and reported it to be fixed right? .. 5 days and the water is still sprouting out each time I turned it on goodness me! 😆(I wish I can post video of it)
Hotel food so so only meatball super salty eating area a bit dirty but a few serving staffs are very polite but was kind of disappointed with their hotel manager and security personnel I was molested during breakfast and none can help me out unless I make a police report it was a sucks day for me but overall Stockholm Sheraton can stay
GGuest UserSurprised that there was no telephone in the room so that we could not order an early morning call for departure day. Also when we arrived we were given the option of having the room cleaned every two days or not at all. We thought that for a 4* hotel this should have been carried out daily as we have extensive experience of staying in hotels all around the world and this is the first one when daily cleaning was not an option. We asked for a breakfast bag for our early morning departure but the receptionist tried to suggest that we might as well have breakfast first at 6.00am until I explained that that would not work for us as we had a train to catch . We got the impression that he was being a bit lazy as he would have to organise it ! Would have preferred one quilt as opposed to the two individual ones provided , again for a double bed a bit odd especially as the two provided were not really big enough.Overall not really a 4* hotel in our opinion
MMay 25The hotel is close to the subway station Brommaplan and it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions. Hotel health, staff are very polite. There is a drink machine in the hotel lobby, and you can make your own coffee or tea 24 hours a day. If the hotel restaurant has the remaining food (such as cakes, croissants) during breakfast, the staff will be placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We checked out very early, had to catch the train, no time to eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and helped us pack breakfast and take it away, very intimate.
GGuest UserVery good, recommend it to everyone, Trip.com booked the second confirmation number, the hotel is very design, the experience is very good after check-in, I like it very much, the breakfast is also very delicious

SSpartanPros: The bus stop to the main city is just a few steps away, the price is fair compared to others in Stockholm, the room is clean, the design of the hotel is cool, and the reception staff is very friendly.
Cons: One of the bathroom doors was broken. Additionally, the bathroom has a large window, and the doors also have windows. This can be troublesome during the summer season, as the sun rises at around 3 a.m., and you'll need to find your own way to cover these windows.
