Clean rooms! But why only one bath towel? And one hand towel? The water from the shower went everywhere and I couldn’t dry it cause there was no swipe or floor towel available. Also very soft pillow, I love mine firm.
Great hotel, nice breakfast, good location, next to the shopping mall, restaurants, and train atation. Only dew minutes away from city center. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, helpful and polite. Room hotel was comfortable, makes you wanna stay all day long at the hotel :)
Supernöjd, allt var smidigt, fint och fräscht. Utmärkt boende! Super trevliga anställda och fick en uppgradering till ett ännu skönare rum! Definitivt prisvärt! Frukosten var så rik !!!
All personal hälsade och hjälpte till. SPA-avdelningen var fräscht och har många olika pooler som var väldigt fräscha. Gymmet innehåller allt jag behövde och var modernt. Väldigt fluffiga täcken och sköna sängar.
Exceptionally good accommodation for the price we paid on this occasion, our second stay at a Biz Apartment. As previously, everything very was clean and fresh. The apartment was stylish and had everything you could wish for. Whilst the breakfast was in the form of a take away to eat in your own apartment it was very nice quality and was quite sufficient.
When booking, it was written as private toilet and shared bathroom, but in the end the toilet and bathroom are also shared. Is the hotel considered a youth hostel? You have to use your own sheets, quilts and pillows, and there are a lot of hairs from the previous song on the bed🤢 The price is a bit unsatisfactory
Chose the hotel for its close proximity to the Central Train Station. Stayed four nights. Room are clean but limited space for two luggages. Amenities lacking… no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries apart from all-in-one type. No kettle in my room. Services average. They didn’t change our towels or clear the trash as requested on the third day. However they do clean the room for our last night stay. Lower your expectation by at least 2 notches in this country if you are coming from Asia. The saving grace is the breakfast, good choices, but cooked protein limited to just bacon and eggs.

There are supermarket nearby and the staff is very helpful, the gym is small but very clean, the laundry room is also very convenient.
The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs, kitchen balcony and so more.

GGuest UserGreat hotel right next to the Central station, so convenient that there's even an entrance to the station beside the hotel. We got our room upgraded so it was terrific. Daily housekeeping without having to ask, which is a refreshing change. Only small annoying thing is you have to pay extra to use the pool. Highly recommend overall.

BBabongile BhebeA marvellous hotel with mordern infrastructure . Its literally next to the Urisksdal railway station ( 1 minute walk ). Breakfast was marvellous , dinner at the hotel was perfect . The pool was not working duting our visit , it was under some maintanance but we had the chance to use the sauna ( at an extra cost) and it was fantastic . I would definitely recommend .
SSoniaNDAbsolutely loved the hotel. Perfect choice! It’s only a 25 mn walk to Gamla Stan, and it’s right in the center quite literally touching the central metro/train station.
The Arlanda express train takes you door to door from the airport to the hotel in 18 mn.
The room was comfortable, clean and modern. I love the design of the hotel, very cool.
Best of all was the morning receptionist at the ‘barception’, Zhila (Sheila). Friendliest I’ve ever met and so helpful! She let me know about the Strawberry app which allowed me to get free coffee and skip the line at a concert I was there for, she had a smile for us every morning and loved a chat.
Really the best choice in Stockholm, and very good price for the quality. I’ll only stay here when I come to Sweden!
GGuest UserBest hotel by far during our trip in Northern Europe. The doorman (from East Europe) who helped us from arrival, to taxi service is super friendly and helpful. He even told us not to take any taxis pulling over at the hotel as they most definitely will over charge us. The location of the hotel is the best and easy to get access to the old town just on foot. Housekeeping team is very professional too and kept our room clean and tidy. We feel bad that we forgot leaving some tips to the room attendant who cleaned our room during the stay which we were planning to do it. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in Canada.
GGuest UserThe welcome from the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and we also received some welcome chocolates as we are loyalty members. Room was very clean and the view was spectacular. The breakfast buffet spread was plentiful and tasty with hot and cold varieties and the staff always helpful with clearing plates. The only downside was that the room was a bit warm and the A/C was on the lowest setting and it didn’t seem to cool down the room much but as we are in April it’s fine but when summer arrives not sure if the rooms would be too hot? Fabulous stay and I would definitely return.

AAnonymous UserThe most convenient thing about this hotel is that there is a car to and from the airport to the hotel, but there is no car to the city! The previous booking was misled, thinking that there was a shuttle bus to the city, there was no. Free coffee and hot water are provided in the hotel, but the sanitation in the room is average. The radiator can't adjust itself... The bed on the wall is a little hard.
