Hotels With Gym in Southern Peninsula, Iceland

The room and shower were on the compact side. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient; however, I had pre-booked a transfer, but on the morning of my departure, I was told it couldn't be arranged because the room hadn't been paid for. Only after showing proof of my prepaid booking did they reluctantly arrange the shuttle, which caused a delay. On top of that, there wasn't even an apology. The service attitude was truly poor.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It's great if you're catching a flight. The area around it is quite lively and has a lot of food. There's a bar downstairs. Foreigners like to drink, so sometimes the rooms near the bar can be noisy at night.

The hotel is quite good; the hygiene and facilities are excellent and relatively new. It's close to the airport, and they gave us a corner room which was spacious. We added an extra bed, and it was still quite quiet at night.

Clean but very small room. Window was rusted and could not be fully closed. Would be nice to have a few more shelves/racks. Excellent early breakfast for early flights.

Home resort hotel. If you want to enjoy the winter aurora viewing or the Blue Lagoon, I highly recommend this hotel with confidence. The rooms are clean and the food is very good. Above all, the customer service of the front desk staff is the best. Even at my home where I can't speak Icelandic or English, I was able to stay without any inconvenience.
