Had informed the hotel to let us have room side by side or same level months before arrival but when check in even having more than 300 rooms they cannot put us at same level and split the parents and 3 children to different level. Is quite annoying for a big resort to messed up like this! Felt is a bit overpriced accomodation. Location is at a corner or Myoko so a bit far if not car to Akakura or town area. Lotte Arai ski slopes have many slopes which is closed so not so fun. Breakfast is good. Can choose The Plate (western) or Asahi (japanese) buffet. Onsen is convenient at level 2. Parking is at The Lodge. So it want convenient to car park then book The Lodge. But the main locker and ski walk out is at Arai Building

NASPA New Otani Perfect family stay with spacious rooms and great snow park for kids! ”We had a wonderful stay at NASPA New Otani. The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the train station, and the free shuttle bus service is available throughout the day, which made our travels so easy. We stayed in a Japanese Style Room, and it was incredibly spacious at 50 square meters. It was perfect for our family of three (parents and our 3-year-old child). There was plenty of room for our little one to run around and play comfortably without feeling cramped. The private snow park at the hotel is fantastic, especially for young children. Our child had so much fun playing in the snow, and it felt very safe and family-friendly. We are truly impressed with the hospitality and the facilities. We are already planning to come back and stay here again next year! Highly recommended for families.”

The rooms were spacious; we booked one Western-style and one Japanese-style room. The hotel's public bath was also very comfortable, and it wasn't crowded during our stay, making it a wonderful place to soak after skiing. The hotel is also not far from the ski resort, about a 10-minute drive away. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, rooms very nice. Lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the Niigata train station (10mins?) so if it's cold and snowing, maybe abit more challenging, but on a nice weather day, it's a pleasant walk. Staff are super nice. I requested more pillows and towels, and were brought to my room very quickly.

We went with my husband and two elementary school-aged children. It's a traditional inn, but it's very clean. The staff and food were absolutely delicious. The piano performance and free welcome drinks were also a great addition to our stay. It's an inn we'd like to visit again. P.S. The breakfast menu is set, but they separate it into adult and child portions. The children's menu seemed easy to eat, and they ate it well. The rice tasting was also very enjoyable.

Located between Tsubame City and Sanjo City, the hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. Like the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, the old but not broken is used well. The room has no smell, it is clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The lounge has drinks and drinks. When you taste it, you feel that the hotel is strictly selected for quality. It has its own high standards. There is no fooling. The liquor coffee is excellent. Dinner has kaiseki cuisine, barbecue and stew pot. The default kaiseki cuisine is kaiseki cuisine. I eat Kaiseki cuisine. It is very good. The breakfast is buffet and of good quality. The downside is that 301 has no wireless network at all. The Jizhiting of the Kuojin Hot Spring, a hotel of the Co-Li Group, is incomparable to this place. This is a truly excellent Japanese-style service hotel with excellent traditional traditions. It strives for excellence in quality and the Jizhiting is pure garbage hotel.

The location is not satisfactory. I only stayed at 19:00 on the month of the shuttle bus, but I have my own snow field. It is super clean (only double boards). I can't see mold at all! But it's a pity that I have to stay for 4 days and 3 nights before I have housekeeping cleaning and re-made the bed. I only stayed for three days and two nights. Friends will recommend ～～
