NASPA New Otani Perfect family stay with spacious rooms and great snow park for kids! ”We had a wonderful stay at NASPA New Otani. The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the train station, and the free shuttle bus service is available throughout the day, which made our travels so easy. We stayed in a Japanese Style Room, and it was incredibly spacious at 50 square meters. It was perfect for our family of three (parents and our 3-year-old child). There was plenty of room for our little one to run around and play comfortably without feeling cramped. The private snow park at the hotel is fantastic, especially for young children. Our child had so much fun playing in the snow, and it felt very safe and family-friendly. We are truly impressed with the hospitality and the facilities. We are already planning to come back and stay here again next year! Highly recommended for families.”

Nagano to Miaogao Plateau Station for 44 minutes by train. In early summer, all the way is eye-catching green. The email has been reserved for the pick-up station of 14.10. It takes about 15 minutes to the hotel and will pass the cable car station in the middle. The hotel's red-top European-style ski plateau hotel, the reception lobby is retro and low-key and not high-luxury, the service is professional and warm, very patient and friendly to the elderly and foreign tourists, the single room is booked, this room type is very rare in the main building, I think there are two or four rooms, The main building is facing the view of the double room, more, the other is the luxury suite in the infinity pool suite building, my room 301 is the end room, the view is not a twin room, the window is not a twin room, but there are two windows, the view is also good, the main building is not big, the old room is not big, the single room has 23 square meters, The toilet is old-fashioned manual flushing, and the bathroom is still high, but I like it very much after I check in. Like the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, the old but not broken is used well. The room has no smell, it is clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The lounge has drinks and drinks. When you taste it, you feel that the hotel is strictly selected for quality. It has its own high standards. There is no fooling. The liquor coffee is excellent. Dinner has kaiseki cuisine, barbecue and stew pot. The default kaiseki cuisine is kaiseki cuisine. I eat Kaiseki cuisine. It is very good. The breakfast is buffet and of good quality. The suite building is very new with net red infinity pool and large bathing area. The infinity pool has magnificent scenery. The large bathing area is very good. The outdoor area is not big. The service and quality of the hotel are impressive. Fortunately, there are moderately priced single people with one berth and two meals. I feel too little for a day. I placed an order for two nights in September. This way, you can take the cable car up the mountain and experience the spa that won the international gold medal. If you eat, there are three good quality restaurants. Lunch also has a light meal. I really want to experience the Highland Empire but I can't order it, it's great. The downside is that 301 has no wireless network at all. The Jizhiting of the Kuojin Hot Spring, a hotel of the Co-Li Group, is incomparable to this place. This is a truly excellent Japanese-style service hotel with excellent traditional traditions. It strives for excellence in quality and the Jizhiting is pure garbage hotel.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

Was given a room with 2 single beds. When I checked with the reception, they said their level 10 was under renovation and that my booking doesn't give me a choice. This is the first time I was told I don't have a choice to the bed configuration. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear voices from next room.  Room is spacious by Japanese standard, and location is good, near to Bandai Pier and fashion shopping. We could walk to the train station in 10 minutes.  Enjoyed our stay.

Yansanjo is in the middle of Yanshi and Sanjo City. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. Toyoko is the largest and most widely distributed economic hotel chain in Japan. Friends who often stay can join members and have other discounts. It must be said that there is a buckwheat noodle restaurant next to the hotel, which is by far the most authentic, very good, and highly recommended.

The location is not satisfactory. I only stayed at 19:00 on the month of the shuttle bus, but I have my own snow field. It is super clean (only double boards). I can't see mold at all! But it's a pity that I have to stay for 4 days and 3 nights before I have housekeeping cleaning and re-made the bed. I only stayed for three days and two nights. Friends will recommend ～～

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but considering the extensive facilities, it's worth it. I had a very comfortable stay, with a large public bath, two restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store. Bandai City is within walking distance, making it easy to go shopping. I had booked a plan that didn't include breakfast, but when I checked in, they added it to my stay for one day (1,800 yen). It was delicious. I was also able to request luggage storage after check-out. Although it's a little far from the station, I'm glad I chose this hotel!
