Hotels With Gym in Jeju Province, South Korea

The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining. My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

I just love they upgraded my room. The fact that I am alone but my room is good for 3. I love the ocean view and I admire the cleanliness of the room. The ovelooking view of ocean is a plus. The only issue is that the parking. they have limited parking so we ended up parking along the road. If you are late you will end up looking for space around the place. Overall my stay was pretty awesome. Will definitely get back here.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

big, nice view, go eat all you can at 6th floor, okay and the front desk is abit like frustrated if you questions too much, with no smile on her face, we got another party room under another booking, they somehow call you at early morning 6am just to tell you to pay for minibar expenses, oh comeon i already give you the alipay for authorized, and when we call they just say you wanto pay by wechat or alipay, we wanto complaint cause, you calling at 6am, for nothing, we got deposit you may deduct ok

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, fluent in English, and always ready to assist. The hotel also offers convenient clothes-cleaning facilities, which added to the comfort of our stay. The room was modern, cozy, and spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore Seogwipo. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seogwipo. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the highest floor and could wake up with such a great scenery everyday. We didn’t use the daily housekeeping service. Whenever we request for bottles of water, towel or other consumables, the housekeeping ladies are always more than happy to get the items for us. We would like to give a special thanks to the reception. They are really nice and helpful. When I could not figure out how to order food on delivery, they provided a great help. Thanks for letting us have such a local experience.

Although there is no toothbrush available, the hotel has an easy checkout process. Additionally, it is within a short distance from the bus stop and is near the airport.

I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.

Nice location 👍 The hotel was a bit old but well maintained. The staffs were very kind and upgraded our room to a bigger room with sea view. The view from the room was fantastic and there was a walk trail directly from the hotel back door to the little fishing village nearby. There are plenty of food options especially for Jeju Black pork and the famous izakaya called Dat (means Anchor) within a few minutes by walk. Breakfast wasn’t impressive but ok for the price. I think it’s the best option for the area and it could be much better if the weather was good ! Overall experience was good 👍

Great location, just opposite the beach! The convenience store downstairs is also convenient. Walking distance to restos and other parts of Hamdeok beach. There is a bus that’s goes near the hotel from the airport. Great breakfast (with a fee). Clean room and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel/resort has varying huge size rooms catering to different number of occupants. The villas/rooms are in different clusters with free car parking and would be important that you have your own car so you could easily move luggages to your designated block. The only bad thing is that all villas/rooms have no lifts especially you have many luggage and are heavy - highest being level 3. I have to lug my 19kg luggage up to level 3 with a sea view 😓

The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about. Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything. 2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

The location is good and the room is comfy! We got upgraded room with a view. Unfortunately the pool is down, but other than that all is good! The staff is also very helpful

Amazing Room with Excellent Service I stayed at Kenny Stay Jeju in Seogwipo, and honestly, I absolutely loved the room. One side of the room had a full window, offering a stunning view of the city and even the mountains in the morning. The room was spacious for a solo traveler, clean, and beautifully designed. The only downside was that when I checked in, all the amenities were already out downstairs. The self-check-in and self-check-out process was straightforward, which I found very convenient. Originally, I was supposed to stay for two nights, but due to a change in my flight schedule, I requested to cancel the second night. They approved it immediately without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. The service was exceptional, and I’m so grateful for their understanding. Thank you so much for making my stay such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended.

Very clean and lovely room. Amazingly huge balcony with perfect sea view as booked. Super friendly staff for check in, room service and support for finding genuine and delicious restaurants. Great location by the sea with a lovely walk to a nice bar and beach area

Amazing & clean hotel. Very nearby to segiwipo market . Have a 7*11 right on the first floor of the hotel which is super convieniant. Multiple bus stops around if need to travel via public transport. There is also a bakery on 1st floor with amazing bread selection and coffee.

The service is excellent, with exceptionally amiable staff. optimized air conditioning. The cuisine is exquisite and reflects diverse cultures. In front of the hotel, there is a bus stop, facilitating transport to surrounding tourist destinations.

Room are clean and tidy. Restaurant foods are expensive and there a minimart G25 at the Theme Park area. Can rent Hanbok inside Theme park and there a 20% discount if you are staying in Shinhwa. There are many beautiful natural sightseeing places like Waterfalls, Beaches, Mountain, Garden , restaurants around Seogwipo. But you need a car to move around.

Room are clean and modern. Lots of privacy Due to it is Service Apartment style, 1- you need to sort out your trash and bring it to the bin ( Fine will be imposed if is not sorted or clear out ) 2- you need to wash up your dish and put in back in cupboard before you check out. You need to go over to Marriott hotel if you wanna swim.....not within the compound. There are free parking lot, open and spacious, so if you drive in Jeju is great. Shin Hwa Marriot ****** and hotel is a 3-5 min drive away. Shopping and bowling arcade with lots of eatery in the mall area.
