1. The location is only 10 minutes from the airport which is great 2. It’s very close to shopping, Health Care Road and Lotte. It’s convenient to eat and drink. 3. The service attitude is also good The room is too small for this price
LOTTE City Hotel Jeju
9.1/5360 Reviews
I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Stayed for 3 nights while travelling Jeju. Great location to nearby Seogwipo Olle market and art street. Room was well maintained, spacious and smelled clean. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. If youre travelling as a family, do note to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day, instead of 4.
Jeju Ollero

Wonderful experience staying at Jeju Ollero for three nights! The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the unit was very well-kept with an amazing sea view. McDonalds and Lotteria were a stone's throw away. Taking public transport (bus) around took some time to navigate using Kakao app or Naver map, but overall it was very doable. Highly recommended for tourists who appreciate a leisurely homestay!

A few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

Hamdeok Beach
The hotel I always stayed at didn't have any space, so I made a reservation at this nearby place. It's neat and okay Hamdeok Beach is nearby, so it's great for a walk. There are many amenities nearby.
Reve Boutique Hotel

The hotel is close to the airport and only about a ten minute drive from many attractions. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were clean. However, there is room for improvement with amenities. For example, they only give you several small hand towels rather than a regular size body towel for after your shower. There is also only 1 plug for charging or plugging in appliances (like the kettle) in the whole room. I probably wouldn't stay here again as I have stayed in places with much better amenities. for the same price or less.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Champion in Jeju City! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Champion in Jeju City, and I can’t praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The housekeeping services at Hotel Champion are top-notch. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, which is always a major plus in my book. Speaking of the rooms, they are not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island! When it comes to value for money, Hotel Champion excels. The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank. I particularly loved this little touch, as it allowed me to start my day right with a warm cup of coffee while enjoying the lovely views from my window. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently situated near a variety of attractions, with a convenient store just a short walk away for any essentials you might need.
