The hotel facilities are very good, there are restaurants, shopping area and swimming pools, suitable for family. However, the server of reception for check in not that very good, need to improve their customer service.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport, costing approximately 7,000 KRW. It's located right by the sea with fantastic views. Our triple room comfortably accommodated three adults, and the bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The hotel is conveniently surrounded by three small convenience stores, a large supermarket, a McDonald's, and a street famous for grilled black pork, making it very easy to find breakfast and lunch options. The duty-free shop is a bit further, costing around 9,000 KRW by taxi. Right next door, the Topten10 clothing store offers incredibly affordable clothes. The hotel provides daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water. The mattress and bedding quality were excellent, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommended!

Was a bad experience, room's bed sheets from previous customer was not even changed. I checked in late and by the time I realized was late night. This was coupled with a bad Aircon setup. Aircon was auto set to turn off once room reached 25 degree C, this meant no air circulation in enclosed room . It was stuffy through the night and the aircon made a loud noise each time. Feed back to staff next day morning and found on second night, nothing changed. After two calls and going to front desk, then they finally change the setting so that the Aircon is not on thrift mode.
Not that they only change bedsheets on request and you need to tell them before 2 pm.
Maybe that is why I am sleeping with bedsheets that still smell of body odour from previous guests.
Btw, read other reviews that the laundry room lights off at 10 pm which is using the time people do laundry is indeed a pain, have to use your mobile phone as torch light.
Not a hotel that is welcoming to guests but one maximize their own profits at guests expense

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious.
Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining.
My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

My elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to a popular fried chicken restaurant – and surprisingly, there was no queue! It also features a convenience store where you can pick out and cook your own instant noodles, offering a fun taste of the local instant noodle eating experience.
This complex consists of three interconnected hotels, with an outlet mall directly downstairs. The mall offers a wide range of outdoor leisure brands and golf apparel, making it a great find for golf enthusiasts. Outside, there are two amusement parks: a water park and a Larva-themed theme park.
If you're planning a visit to the water park, be sure to bring your own towels and water shoes, otherwise you'll have to purchase them inside. They don't accept Alipay or WeChat, so make sure to bring a credit or debit card. Even life vests must be rented for a fee. It really feels like you have to pay for every little thing here; it's truly a place where every item comes with a price tag! Still, seeing the kids happy made it all worthwhile!

Jeju Island never disappoints, and this particular spot—though I can’t quite recall its name—was one of the most serene and beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Nestled between volcanic rock formations and the wild sea breeze, it offered a rare sense of peace that felt almost spiritual.
I remember standing by the rugged coastline, the wind tangling my hair, and the sky painted with moody grey clouds—a scene straight out of a poetic film. With a flower in my hair and the ocean as my backdrop, it felt like I was part of nature’s quiet symphony. The landscape was raw and untouched, with mossy patches blending into black lava rocks and distant islands completing the view.
This is the magic of Jeju—every corner feels like a hidden gem. The island is rich in contrasts: dramatic coastlines, lush inland forests, gentle waterfalls, and local markets bustling with life. Whether you’re chasing sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbong, walking through the canola flower fields in spring, or simply enjoying seafood by the harbor, Jeju offers experiences that linger in your memory.

We had to change the room for three times due to facilities of misleading in a description of website and bug issue. However, they tried to provide their best cinfirtibg service to customers possible as much as they could. Once we changed tgectoon three times, they kept cleaning morning and late afternoon twice before we finally checked out the date.

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights. Wished we had more time to enjoy the resort. The staff were excellent. Excellent service too. The swimming pool was the highlight. The pool was heated and there were singers to serenade the swimmers.
We will definitely be back. Really lovely hotel.

GGuest UserThe ocean view is fantastic, the room is very spacious, the service is top-notch, and the hotel feels brand new. Breakfast is over 300 per person, so the value for money isn't great. Getting around mostly involves taxis; thankfully, Uber is now available for taxis in Jeju, so there's no need to deal with the cumbersome Kakao T app. Bus Route 600 stops right outside the hotel, offering convenient access to both the airport and the city center. There's also a coffee shop right next to the hotel (you get a 10% discount on drinks if you show your room key or checkout receipt) and a GS25 convenience store, which is very handy.
QQFQFQFClean and spacious room. Nearby there's convenience stores and live music. One thing I have an issue with was that they didn't allow food deliveries which was a shame
AAizhushiguaiguaimiaoThe hotel boasts an excellent location, with a bus stop conveniently situated right outside. This is fantastic for catching direct routes to all the scenic spots. The interior space was decent, and everything was clean and tidy. However, there was no Chinese-speaking staff available, despite expectations. Furthermore, the air conditioning was incredibly difficult to operate; I couldn't get it to work, leading to an unbearably hot night.
SsubhashNyce hotel , not too far from the airport probably 30mins drive. Centrally located in old jeju, close to the shopping areas and if you are booking tours then the pick up point is close to this hotel.

CChit SuWe had wonderful stay at this hotel. The room were clean, specious, and well equipped with all the essentials . The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, close to Jeju International airport. A special highlight was the free, delicious, and fresh sandwiches they offered such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Jjeffrey159Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design
The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and
exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus.
The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right next to the sea, super scenic, rooms are big and came with an ocean view. Hotel room had Nescafe Dulce Gusto machine with plenty of capsules which was a huge surprise for us. Love sipping Americano while viewing the sea. Hotel is really beautiful, comes with a nice library. They provided bottled water as well. There was a GS25 nearby. There is a restaurant called Olle Chinatown nearby which serves THE BEST TANGSUYUK (sweet sour pork). Give it a try. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap was from MALIN GOETZ. You definitely get a quality stay here.
