We stayed here as a family and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were professional, and the views are probably among the best you'll find in Adana—though, to be fair, the city doesn't have a particularly extensive skyline. One issue we encountered was with the bathtub in our room. There were already visible signs of previous repairs on the surrounding tiles, and when we filled the tub, it gave way under the weight of the water and partially collapsed. Fortunately, the hotel handled the situation well and moved us to another room without much hassle. Breakfast was decent and in line with what you'd expect from this category of hotel: plenty of choice, but nothing especially memorable. Make sure your utensils and fruits/veggies are clean, as always. Overall, we had a nice stay. It's a comfortable option in Adana, although families on a tighter budget can find perfectly decent alternatives in the city if they're willing to do some careful searching.

Room is clean n tidy. Location is good. Staff are friendly. Within walking distance, you can reach all the important historical points, restaurants, coffee shops n shopping mall.

It's a good budget hotel. Its clean, comfortable & affordable. The highlight of my stay at the hotel is the customer service! From reception to room attendant, everyone is very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel returned me a day's stay (even though it was a non-refundable booking) when I had to check out one day early. 😌 I definitely recommend Sedef Hotel to fellow travellers. The hotel was fine I mean it was really cold we were freezing at night and the breakfast was really bad I didn't like it had nothing only the soup was good and when we were getting our room the man wrote the paper wrong,I well give it three stars I wont recommend to stay here again if I come back to adana

Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

Laundry service is available, but it's very expensive. They charged 300 RMB for washing eight pieces of clothing, so choose carefully. The room was clean, and the overall facilities were acceptable. Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet.

The rooms would be very good if they had a water heating system. Also, there could have been a few products in the mini-fridge in the rooms. But the hotel was very good.

The front desk is very warm, the service is very thoughtful, breakfast has egg cakes is not bad, the hotel is a bit old, there is a separate parking lot below, but it is very small, stop in the main level, overall it is recommended

The hotel is old, there is no elevator, you need to carry large luggage and walk up the stairs. The supplies in the room are stained. Only the hotel staff is friendly. The hotel said that the free airport shuttle service is a 4-person private car, and can't fit 2 luggage.

I cannot fault this hotel everything about it was good from service to facilities and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
