unexpected surprises for this booking. great rooms with good sea view. clean and spacious. friendly staff including the security. accommodating requests. modern layout. nice pool,great choice and desserts.

The hotel was ok. We liked the double room. Toilet was a little close to the shower which meant small amount of leg room. We came when it was holiday for lots of people. This meant the pool was packed all the time. Lots of little kids. I am writing this review however because of two people: Khun Jin, upstairs in the dining room and Khun Oh, downstairs in the parking lot. They both shone! Amazing. Khun Jin was on it. He noticed small details - like when a boy had dropped tongs on the ground and was about to put them back - he was right there grabbing them (kindly) and taking them to the kitchen to be washed. He did many things like that while we noticed. Khun Oh was the most amazing parking attendant we have ever witnessed. He RAN to show us spots deep in the parking lot. He didn’t expect tips and had a great big smile. What a guy! We cannot say enough except that he is exceptional. Other than them, the other staff were all lovely and helpful too. For those of you planning to stay in Stiracha with children, we would recommend.

The hotel appears very glamorous and impressive from the online photos and especially the reception hall. The views are most spectacular from the rooms overlooking the ocean and the hotel offers many facilities, with at least three swimming pools. On the negative side, it is an older Hotel therefore the rooms do need some (further) renovation and replastering and modernisation, such as the old wardrobes that have simply been painted white to refresh them, as an example. The rooms do tend to smell a little musty as well, could be from the aged bathroom plumbing, but once the aircon runs for a while everything smells fresh. In my particular room ,when there was a very strong wind off the bay there was also a slight howling wind noise through the door seals On arrival the staff were very pleasant, obliging & even happy to allow me to check in at 10am. even though I wasn't due to til 2pm.. I found all the staff polite, helpful & friendly. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and of a reasonable standard and quality of food, but you need to get in early, as this hotel seems to cater for large tour groups and when they arrive, they tend to devour what's on offer, but it is replaced promptly by the staff. For the cost, I felt this hotel was good value but if you're looking for a five star hotel, you should probably stick with the Hilton or something similar.

Amazing stay! We booked a Space suite. Spacious. Nice view outside the bedroom balcony and windows. Relaxing stay. Jacuzzi was exceptional my son had a fabulous time. Hotel has small gestures that made you feel welcoming. Some snacks and drinks everyday in case you needed some nibbles. The safe wasn't working twice, said it had an error. Our room was right at the end and staff came and sorted it out from the time I called them to finishing the set up took under 10 minutes. 3rd time I called them the toilet had bubbles coming up from the draining hole. Staff came and sorted it out in the middle of the night in 10 minutes. Really efficient service! Making up room was so fast. I went down for breakfast 1hr. Spotless when I came back. Breakfast was really nice. A large variety and we were able to book in advance for 3 different timeslots to choose from. Avoided long queuing and waiting for food. Any nationality would find something they'd like. The water park was amazing! Big enough for my son to get tired. Suitable for all ages. Water wasn't deep. You'd feel safe. Children's clubhouse was nice. 2 floored. Could sign up for different activities, ensured every child had a fair share of the activities. The hotel would give you tokens where you'd be able yo exchange it for a souvenir or two. This was quite a nice gesture. Hotel is around 10mins walk to a shopping centre and some smaller shops. Big enough to get a nice bite to eat and to look around. Memorable stay, would definitely consider coming back! The hotel was recommended by two of my other friends. I thought it couldn't be that great but it definitely lived up to my expectations and I've stayed in a lot of nice hotels around the world.

Hotel is situated near Bali Hai Pier and the Phra Tamnak Mountain Viewpoint, away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City. Hotel is clean, amenities are good as there is a gym, play room, and swimming pool for guests to soak under the hot sun. For the price, it's definitely well worth it especially if are heading to Koh Larn the next day!

Great hotel to stay in Sriracha. Very nice staffs. They served delicious foods as well.

The guidelines for the water park area were not specific and clear. I didn’t know there were lockers for storing my belongings or where I could get a towel. The breakfast was fair, although there was a lot of food and drinks. Fortunately, the front desk provided a higher room floor for me to remedy the total experience. Overall, there was a good experience during this stay

Good pool and children's water park combine around a bar and restaurant area with waterproof seats and loungers. Prices reflect local rates outside hotel. Genuinely striving to provide clean comfortable accommodation at a very competitive rate with a full breakfast spread. Beach is a 5 minute stroll. Check maps for nearby attractions and markets etc.

We got complementaries from this room type ✅ Free breakfast @ SORA ✅ Free afternoon tea 2-5 pm ✅ Free happy hour 6-7:30 pm There are choices if dining you can enjoy. Over the moon on rooftop, or Under the Sun on the courtyard by the beachfront ❎the glass door is not thick. We can hear the wind sound all night. And by the day time, we can feel the heat on the glass.

I stayed at this hotel for 4nights, i enjoyed the swimming pool, alot, the location is central to everything, the beach is at your doorstep, walking distance to 7/11, all shops & bars, however, the hotel is currently under construction & what disturbed me alot, was that drilling every morning at 8, that woke me up, it was so annoying especially after a late night. I also observed that the cleaners would fold the same dirty towels you put in the washing, also room service is terrible. At the swimming pool you have to sign out for your towels but there is no sign in column when you bring them back, also no assistance with the umbrellas which are all closed on very hot days. I also got some attitude with the cleaning staff, room service , bellboy & service at the swimming pool, also guest relations, i asked where is the other swimming pool, she was too busy with her phone to give get up & show me, she just said,’go straight’, i walked & walked & could not find it. This hotel can be the perfect stay if only they improve their service.
