FX Hotel Pattaya

Great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. The pool is really good too!

A good hotel, but there are some service nuances. The rooms were clean, towels were changed regularly, and bottled water was provided daily. There's a kettle in the room, but you'll have to go down to the reception for a microwave. The location is good: there's a Seven-Eleven nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Walking Street. On the downside, the soundproofing in the hotel is poor. Also, we had requested a room with a pool view in advance, but unfortunately, our request wasn't considered at all during check-in. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

This is our second stay at this hotel. A year ago, we were really impressed with the cleanliness, service, pool, air conditioning, and water pressure in the shower. They don't require a deposit, and housekeeping is daily. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes to Big Buddha. There's also a new cafe nearby with a lighthouse and great photo opportunities. The street with the tuk-tuks is 10-15 minutes away, and you'll find SDEK and the Russian market very close by there. You can also walk to the pier or Walking Street in about 25 minutes by heading down the hill.
