It’s located in the middle of Aonang Night Market and beach. So, very convenient to access those area. Facilities and service is perfect. They even provide the welcome fruits in the room which is very good 👍 Only the toilet ventilation is not good, overall is perfect and I had a pleasure vacation with Deevana.

My stay exceeded my expectations and truly lived up to the reputation of Banyan Tree. I would especially like to thank Zen at the front desk, Teya at the Spa, and Lek at the beach counter for making my experience even more perfect and memorable. I will definitely stay at Banyan Tree again on my next visit to Krabi.

A truly satisfying stay! The hotel is in a very strategic location – close to shops, halal eateries, and popular tourist attractions. It made getting around during our holiday super convenient. Our original room was a pool access room, and it was amazing! Having direct access to the pool from our room gave us such a fun and unique experience. However, due to a minor technical issue, the hotel staff responded quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team was very professional, and we really appreciated their prompt action. Without any extra charges, the reception team upgraded us to a penthouse suite – and it turned out to be the best room ever! Spacious, cozy, and with a breathtaking view. Overall, the service was outstanding – from the maintenance crew, front desk, to the cleanliness of the room. We were truly impressed and will definitely return for our next vacation. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by Halal food options, massage parlors, and 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for all your needs. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a mountain view room, thanks to Luna, the friendly receptionist. The room itself is compact but very clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a few minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On the first day, they forgot to provide the sachets of green tea and on the second day, towels were missing. These were small oversights and we didn’t let them affect our stay. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel. They even offer three types of welcome drinks every day, which is a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant experience!

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

They give us welcome drink when we arrive to check in. Great location, in front of the hotel there is night market, and walking only around 3 minutes you can find many restaurants, shops, clinics, etc. Behind the hotel is the limestone mountain. Big room with king size bed, they have swimming pool, spacious breakfast area and also delicious breakfast (no pork). They provide swimming towel and beach towel which can be rented for free. We order room service for dinner and really tasty : tom yum koong, chicken green curry, spicy fried chicken with cashew, 2 rice,1 fruit for 650baht.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired. When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking. Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

Already asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great! Two things for others booking this resort: - learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.  - the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper.

A peaceful, quiet, and relaxing resort by Khlong Dao Beach. We liked that it is an adult only place, and the location was perfect for excursions to neighoring islands as it is very close to two piers. A day trip to Four Islands and Phi Phi is highly recommended, and the resort offers various activity options at reasonable prices. Although the breakfast menu was mainly Western (we hardly saw any Asians staying at this resort), the food was nice and we particularly liked that they had a cold room to keep dairy items, veges, and fruits fresh! If you wanted to spend more time in actual Krabi, this resort may not work for you as it is on Koh Lanta island which is about 150mins away from Krabi International Airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not brand new but it was good for us as a family. We had family room which is two connecting rooms offering significant space. We spent most of the day on the beaches so used hotel to take shower and sleep. We did not use the pool and aqua park so can’t say anything about that. We only had one breakfast in the hotel which I found quite expensive to the family.

AAimee.CA Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

OOhana678The hotel per general is nice, but they was doing construction day light , all the dirt was falling in the pool. And we had two rooms, my sister and her husband was in 2214 and I was in 2212, in the room 2213 someone was screaming, every night, not moaning. First we was thinking someone is fighting, after we understand that is probably ***, but the woman was screaming ,again not moaning, was impossible for us to sleep. We was thinking they are doing video or somethings like this , and asked the receptionist to call them and ask them to be quieter a bit. They didn’t do this, so we had live ***** audio 4 night in a row, and daytime we had construction materials falling in our pool. The staf was responding nice but action didn’t took at all. The hotel is not bad but …

GGuest UserGreat Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at Dusit. Had a pleasent experience overall. Breakfast selection was decent enough. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff working there were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while. Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort. This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.

LLorenzoS95**Hotel Review in Krabi** **Check-In:** Check-in was extremely fast, and the staff provided a thorough overview of the hotel facilities, which was very satisfactory. A complimentary shuttle service was offered to take us to our room. **Common Areas:** The public areas were clean, tastefully decorated, though lacking any standout features. **Room:** The room was spacious with a delightful view of the lagoon. The wooden interior added a charming touch. However, having a bathtub on the terrace seemed impractical due to privacy concerns. Additionally, there were noticeable ants in some parts of the room, which is somewhat expected given the location. It would be beneficial if guests were informed not to leave food in the room to mitigate this. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was good but not exceptional, with a limited selection that was adequate for the price. **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent for those seeking relaxation, although it's a bit far from Krabi Town and Ao Nang. They do offer a daily shuttle service to Ao Nang, which helps mitigate the distance. **Overall:** Overall, it is a valid choice for accommodation in Krabi. The hotel is well-maintained and has a charming ambiance. The value for money is good, considering the amenities and location.
