Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

Good hotel with an amazing restaurant. It's better to book a room with half-board. You don't need a plug adapter. There's no toothpaste provided. In the evening, they give one bottle of water and a chocolate per person. The breakfast coffee is amazing (you can make it yourself at dinner). Decent wines at dinner starting from 90 Reals.

 the hotel is in the Centro downtown area of Curitiba, which can be a little bit sketchy. You don’t want to walk around at night. There’s a lot of homeless people on the streets, but the hotel is fine spacious a little bit old. There is free breakfast in the morning and the staff are polite.

Breakfast, very good.
Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns.
I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed.
Service at reception: great.
If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.

Lugar limpo, organizado e bem localizado, café excelente. Não tivemos nenhuma reclamação no nosso atendimento e nem da nossa atendente. Mas presenciamos o atendimento do casal no balcão ao nosso lado, com extrema grosseria e falta de empatia, e ainda atrapalhando a nossa atendente.

Es una excelente oportunidad para quien quiere viajar y desea ahorrar. Es un hotel sencillo con comodidades suficientes y un desayuno muy sabroso. El personal es amable y atento. Las instalaciones necesitan algo de atención pues falla en detalles fácilmente mejorables. Volvería? Si. Me solucionó una estancia larga que no hubiese podido pagar en otro hotel con una ubicación tan estratégica. Pero si les recomiendo una mayor atención a los detalles, reponer lo que se rompe y arreglar lo que se daña. No es mucho pedir.
Agradecida con el personal, fueron muy profesionales y amigables en general.

O quarto em que ficamos, alem de cheiro de mofo, as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam com aparência de velhas, amareladas! As roupas de cama aparentavam até não terem sido trocadas! O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas e talvez já tenha ou melhore as condições das instalações! Porém as roupas de cama e toalhas não dependem de reforma e poderiam melhorar nesse aspecto! O café da manhã nos agradou muito, com muita variedade e qualidade! A localização do hotel também é perfeita! O restaurante também nos atendeu muito bem!

Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

Fica perto do shopping (lavanderia, mercado, casa de câmbio, etc.) e com bons restaurantes nas proximidades. O estacionamento é descoberto e possui uma taxa de 25 reais/diária (maio/2025).

GGuest UserRodapé do quarto soltando, porta do banheiro não fecha, porta do quarto fazia um barulho enorme ao abrir, tomadas soltas. Enfim o hotel está sem manutenção, aí só aumentam os defeitos.
Gostava do hotel, mas infelizmente não voltarei mais nele.

GGuest UserWith such price, I expect the service is top notch, yet I was disturbed by the housekeepers twice in the evening and 3 times in the morning for cleaning up. There’s even one time that I was in the room and the cleaning lady just directly opened the door without ringing. It even didn’t happen for star 3 hotels.
The room is surprisingly small and I guess the only reason I opted for this hotel is the proximity of location to Iguazu falls.

There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.
