Excelente atendimento e localização. Piscina mto gostosa mas a banheira de hidromassagem estava em manutenção e não pode ser usada. Hotel precisa de manutenção em diversos pontos mas de forma geral voltaria a me acomodar no local. Nos deram um ovo de Páscoa pelo feriado o que foi bem atencioso.

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and is attentive at all times. The rooms are very wide, comfortable and cosy, and it is all very clean and pull.

The hotel is located near Paraguay, and you can see 🇵🇾 from the room. The room is large and spacious, and the hotel staff is attentive, well-trained and very professional. However, the hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is broken, the hot water supply is unstable, and the phone rings in the middle of the night...

The hotel is actually located outside the town of Castro, but it is a good option for business travelers visiting nearby factories. The staff are friendly. Although they only speak Portuguese, they try to help as best as they can. One of my colleagues left a sandal behind, and they called us about it. The chalet has two rooms, so it is also good for family travelers. The breakfast is okay and offers a few options, but unfortunately, the staff was not very good at cooking eggs. The minibar is free and stocked with different kinds of drinks. The bed is supportive and comfortable. Unfortunately, there are some downsides. The chalet is close to grassland and woods, so some insects flew inside every time I opened the door. The first few chalets are too close to the road, so you can clearly hear trucks passing by (try to avoid No. 1 and No. 2). There was also a malfunction with the hot water supply in my chalet, which was annoying. In conclusion, it is a good choice for family travel, but not ideal for business travel.

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

Getting to the hotel by taxi is convenient, and the hotel offers a car-hailing service, which I highly recommend.

Environment: This is the only hotel inside the scenic area, offering exclusive 24-hour views of the waterfall. Facilities: The rooms are a bit small and the facilities are a bit dated. Services: They offer free bicycles, a shuttle to the Bird Park, a paid afternoon tea, and a free hiking trail at 7:30 AM. Dining: Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner buffets are available for around 300 Brazilian Reals, and both are quite rich. I recommend booking the waterfall afternoon tea, but I was double-charged when I paid, and the hotel said they would refund it.

We really liked the hotel, excellent location! It is exactly in front of Praça do Japan, which is very beautiful!! The neighborhood is very nice to walk around and has several delicious restaurants... We were received very quickly, politely and attentively by the hotel staff!! Very complete breakfast and lots of options!! Well maintained hotel infrastructure, spacious and very clean room!! We liked everything and will definitely be back!!!

Presentable hotel with decent breakfast and swimming pool and jacuzzi, located across from the interstate bus terminal. Uber is wide available and usually it takes about 7 minutes to arrive . Room is spacious and clean and shower is very good. Recommended specially for the ones who have a car. Not many food options and remember to have a Brazilian socket to avoid having to buy for an adapter at the bus terminal. The waterfalls in the Brazilian side is approximately 35 minutes by Uber . The Argentinian side buses leave frequently from the bus terminal across from the hotel (expect to pay a lot to reach Argentina, R$35 to Puerto Iguazu plus another R$40 from puerto Iguazu to the national park. Returning the same way , R$150 plus the park ticket, that’s best to buy in advance online to save time in those enormous lines.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.
