What a wonderful hotel! I stayed here with my 8-year-old daughter for a concert and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We arrived early just to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM. That was really well-managed and immediately gave us a relaxed start to our stay. The room was neat and comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was extensive and very tasty. Lots of choices and everything fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you're planning a weekend in Arnhem!

It was an okay experience. I’ve stayed here before mostly due to the convenient location of being next to the train station, however I feel the hotel needs an update. Light switches were not working properly in the room and it left a tired feel to the property. The management team should consider updating the facilities to reflect most Mercure hotels

This hotel is definitely worth a visit! Very kind personnel. Location is great and the rooms large, clean and equipped with all you need to spend a few days without missing your home. There are different options to have either lunch or dinner (yes, different restaurants that are part of the hotel), all serving very good food. Extremely friendly waiters/waitresses and breakfast was also above the average one you can find in Europe and superb compared to most hotels in the UK (for comparable price, of course). Price is very reasonable too, so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time at Nijmegen or around (is very close to train station too). Oh, just another point is that the music they play is great too!

Kwaliteit van eten was goed, maar verwacht van een hotel meer groente bij t eten. Ze bezuinigen in het hotel op stookkosten. In het hotel was het aan de frisse kant. Kamers en badkamer staat de kachel op stand tegen bevriezen. Eer dat je kamer dan op temperatuur is duurt het uren. Heb de radiator om 16:00uur aangezet en was de kamer om 21:00uur pas een beetje aangenaam. Voor mij geen Fletcherhotel meer.

The hotel is located by the river in the old town, next to the market square, there are many restaurants, and most of the attractions are within walking distance. The front desk arranged a quiet room very intimately, and the ancient city gate was outside the window. Thank you very much. The hotel's own spacious and free parking garage was a surprise, the breakfast was very good, the fly in the ointment was that when I first entered the room, I smelled the pipe on the shower floor and disappeared after the water was vigorously washed.

My week spent at the Hotel Pauw was good. It was located in the city of Nijmegen and was within walking distance of groceries and shops. It is very accessible to Primark, TKmax and other branded shops. The room was spotless. The only downside of this hotel is the poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and there was no room dining service. Although you can order food delivery, they did not allow it to be delivered to your room.

Location of the hotel and good safe parking area for a motorcycle also good Internet connection overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel would recommend 👍

Love it. I was assigned to a nearby job visit. This hotel was initially not easy due to the construction going on that blocked the direction that google map suggested, but it was manageable. There is Lidl near by and a shop for dinner or lunch nearby too. There is a bus that is easily access which will bring u to the city center, so making it easy to get back to the hotel too.

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.

Average hotel. low sound isolation, so noticeable noise from other guests and terrace guests outside, earplugs were included. No air circulation in the room without opening a window, noisy ventilator was inside the wardrobe closest. Basic breakfast options. Great WiFi signal strength.
