Before check-in, the hotel sent a self-registration form for each guest. They don't ask for so much personal data even when getting a visa, so we refused. At the hotel, check-in takes about 2 minutes, after which you receive check-in instructions on WhatsApp. Entering the room using a password on the door is not the most convenient solution. Looking ahead, I will say that on the second day the lock broke down and we could not get into the room for half an hour - the hotel employees were not very interested in helping, but after half an hour they finally helped us (there are always long queues at the reception; apparently everyone has problems) Now about the room - the room is quite clean, but everything is done very cheaply. The sink is in the room, not in the toilet. All the plumbing is very flimsy. While we were walking to the room - one of the taps in the neighboring room burst and flooded the room. The same thing in the shower. One hook. There is no kettle, no hair dryer either (you can rent one in the lobby). For 2 nights, no one cleaned our place or replaced the shampoo and soap. Now about the audibility - it's terrible. You can hear everything - especially from the neighboring rooms with a common wall. Until 1 am, a group of more than 5 people (how is that possible in a small room) were yelling and celebrating something... There is a microwave and a stove, no complaints there. The bed is also quite soft and comfortable. There is a mini market downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessary products. It is useful.

Hotel Review: Excellent location, convenient transportation, and a bustling location. Easy to get around. The room was bright and well-lit, quiet, and clean. The mattress was comfortable, the water flowed quickly, the internet was fast, and it was convenient for working. It was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Excellent!

Excellent accommodation option. My rating for the service of the hotel itself would be 5, but since I need to report what happened to the parking partner, I chose a lower rating. They urgently need to improve the third person responsible for parking. The morning employee was simply handing me a vehicle that wasn't mine: he didn't bother to check the paperwork, and he was very lazy. They are not organized at all, they lost my key and it took me about 20 minutes to get the car out. Zero seriousness and responsibility. I'm rethinking whether I'll stay there again because of the parking.

Muito bem localizado, atendimento excepcional e prestativo. Na Minha opiniao, so faltou o cafe da manha, apesar de saber que nao fazia parte do que e oferecido.

A experiencia com o hotel foi fabulosa, só demorou um pouco para cadastrar a biometria para acesso as areas comuns e estacionamento, fora isso o atendimento do hotel é bom. A localização do Hotel é excelente, perto de tudo! limpeza tambem muito boa. Agora oque eu gostaria de deixar como aviso é o pessimo atendimento no estacionamento do hotel, é uma empresa terceirizada que cuida, pessoal totalmente despreparado, sem educação que nao poderia estar trabalhando com pessoas, principalmente um senhor que ficou na madrugada do dia 20/02 para o dia 21/02 - extremamente mal educado e agressivo, nunca uma pessoa como aquela poderia estar no atendimento a pessoas. fora isso a experencia foi boa!

One of the best Airbnb Hotel located in the center of Centro Republica Sky Loft is part of the tallest residential building in Sāo Paulo and it happens to be almost at the top, just behind a great rooftop bar and a glass view café. A must book for Solo travellers and couples. No children allowed.
