The hotel is conveniently located, there are places nearby where you can go for a walk and have a snack. But there was no air conditioning in the room, it was very hot for us, and when you open the windows, there is a strong noise of the city outside, as this is the main street.

The location is very good, very quiet, but a little hard to find. The lady at the front desk can speak a few Chinese words. The bathroom facilities are relatively simple, but the water is still very large.

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.

This hotel is located in the middle of everything, most attractions are within walking distance, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The people who work there were nice and helpful, making us feel very welcomed. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, pretty much got everything we needed and more...We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who comes to visit Madrid.

The place was spotlessly clean; even the closets were immaculate. All essential amenities were provided, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The suite itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, boasting six balconies in total – three in the living room, two in one bedroom, and one in the other. Despite being in a bustling city center, the soundproofing was excellent. Both adults and children unanimously declared it the most satisfying hotel they've ever stayed in! Plus, it's incredibly convenient: located right by Metro Art Station, the hotel's main entrance is literally just a ten-step walk from the subway exit!

CChuan Qi NgThe staff is nice and friendly, beds are clean and comfortable. They provide blankets and pillow only, bring your own towels and sandals, and locks if you want to lock your locker. The community fridge is a nice touch but my breakfast got stolen, so put stuff there at your own risk.There are some weird men who loiters in the dining/waiting area at around 7am when I went to get my breakfast, they might be the culprit😤
The location is perfect!! It's 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station, which is gteat because I arrive pretty late and need to leave quite early.

MMr Nobody Excellent location less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha station.
It is an ideal place to spend the night and continue your trip or if you plan to spend the whole day visiting Madrid and are looking for affordable accommodation near Atocha, Cibeles or Retiro Park, etc.
Our room was very simple with a sink, shower tray and towels. The bathroom was outside the room and shared with other guests, in our opinion the bathroom was quite clean.

- can't lock the room from the inside, it happened to me that somebody entered my room while I was in the bed and it's just mad that you can't close your door when you are inside the room
- they manage this remotely and will not reply to you in any case outside 9am-18pm and in general the provided phone number doesn't work. I forgot my keys inside the room at 10pm and they didn't reply to any call either from me or the platform customer support until morning, so I had to sleep outside and they refused any compensation.
- they charge 10€ per wash to use the washing machine
Many hosts in Madrid leverage the poor housing market of the city to make guests accept insane conditions of stay and service fees. While this place offers quality space and cleanliness the bargain is on how rude and entitled the owners behave because of this.

MMDanielThis is is a hostel which is on a narrow lane and has no lift. So if you have hefty baggage, be careful as you will need to self carry. The main entrance is a little puzzling because we think we need to push the buzzer for someone to unlock but no need. Just push the door open. Reception ia on the 1st floor.
Location is perfect as its very central and surrounded by many food places and entertainment.
If you need a noise free sleep or expect daily housekeeping, then this ia not your choice.
No reason to write bad reviews because this hostel has its advantages. Its like a vegetarian going into a non vegetarian restaurant and then complaining about the food choices.
I was perfectly happy with this place. There is a club downstairs and you do hear noises on the street till wee hours as mine was front facing the lane but it was not an issue to me. I could just walk everywhere from here.
