The decoration is very new, it can be said to be the best in the cheap price. But the house here is a common problem and there are no windows, so the ventilation fan of the toilet must be kept open, otherwise it will smell from time to time. In addition to this problem, there is no fault in this price.

The room is great. The hotel manager can take you on a tour of the hotel. There are all kinds of great old things. It is worth staying here for a night on the weekend. Two breakfasts, afternoon tea for two people and a free half-hour massage for two people are provided. Although the price may not be cheap, it is still worth it.

“Booked 3 rooms; one of the rooms was not cleaned during check-in and had a musty smell. Requested cleaning, but it wasn’t done.
Bought dessert the next day, it was full of ants.
Had to wait almost 2 hours to change rooms.
The staff were polite. It’s within walking distance to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, and Plaza Indonesia.
Rumah Makan Sederhana is just next to the hotel.”

GGuest UserBad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.

Rooms were advertised as ALL Non-Smoking, but my room had definitely been recently smoked in and cigarette smoke permeated the establishment!
The room was absolutely filthy! Food, drink and or bodily fluid was splattered on multiple walls 🤮
The floor was covered with long black hairs and short curly ones too 🤢
Bathroom amenities were decent at best, and the ceiling was molded, there was also holes in both the bathroom and bedroom ceilings!
Lots of flying bugs too, but never saw a cockroach.
Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean.
Air conditioner could not be adjusted, one temperature and one speed.
Cat urine permeated the hallway.
Obviously, I would never stay here again!

GGuest UserVery pleased to discover Loewys Home recommended through a travel blog. The house is in quiet and good part of busy Jakarta. Calling for Grab or GoCar was fairly easy. The room is clean and bathroom all-white and clean too. I had coffee and a noodle soup twice and noticed how popular the cafe-reception is. The music in the background is pleasant.
Only thing I wish for is a bedside lamp for reading and switching on the lights without getting out of bed and going to the switches at the door.
I also noticed that the magazine I was reading must have been cleared from the table because I made sure that I did not leave anything behind. On returning home and unpacking my bag, it was indeed missing. Not very important but quite confused. Will recommend the place.

AAgus GoonersI order for 1 night stay standard room, but because some trouble they give me premium room (upgrade room for free).
The negative thing is when I enter that room, floor still little wet, like they doesn't peel and clean that, wardrobe full of waste and food waste (you can see picture 11) and because of that I am not surr they change the bed sheet or not (but bed sheet still pretty clean).
Positive thing:
1. I get upgrade room and balcony for free
2. Entertainment channel televisin very good for low budget hotel
3. Building look new and modern
4. Check in check out process is easy
5. Near Ragunan Zoo and Ragunan Shuttle Bus
6. Amenities near completed, minus face sheet
Overall good hotel with price USD 17-19, but need very big improvement on cleanliness.

GGuest UserThe location is great. It’s fairly close to the airport and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the mall with lots of restaurants. The mangroves are lovely too. Makes you feel like you’re in nature despite being in the city. The rooms themselves are not amazing. The bathroom was quite old and dirty. There were mosquitos in the room too. It would have been better if there was a mosquito net on the bed.
