It took a long time to fill the bathtub with hot water, the coffee maker was broken or didn't work (I think it was Starbucks coffee), and while there was no one at the front desk, I hadn't received an email with instructions on how to get to the room, and there was no loungewear (←my own mistake in checking). It's the kind of place that's best to stay with someone, and take your time to enjoy it during the day. Even if you're alone, it's a quiet place, so if you have the time, I think you could have had a great time.
