The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It features 3 bunk beds, accommodating up to 6 guests, and comes with a private toilet and shower room. Taller individuals might find the shower space a bit cramped. For those who enjoy socializing, there's also a rooftop terrace perfect for chatting and enjoying some food and drinks.

I was in a shared female dorm. Nice bed and location. A towel was provided but be prepared for a cold water shower. No real kitchen to speak of. Just a small iced over fridge and microwave. It’s in a nice location and easy to walk to all the hot spots.

Location is excellent, service first rate. The kitchen is superb; there's an elevator as well as free luggage storage.
The surrounding neighborhood also offers many places to rest after sightseeing.
I really enjoyed it. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I didn't use many of the facilities since I was only staying one night, but the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. While the accommodation is a bit far from the city center, it's very well connected. I would definitely return.

It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others.
The place is clean and staff is helpful. 8 people share a room and only with male/female, which quite friendly to one who hesitate to stay with other gender. However, only one thing not convenient, which if you come back late after 10 and don’t have shower before that timeslot, you probably can’t take the shower as the shower place and toilet is in the room. You definitely will make noise and affect others.

The location was amazing, super close to reach by bus if you come from the airport. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had shampoo and soap. There's an elevator, so I didn't have to carry my 23 kg bag. The included breakfast looked very good> buffet style, bread, fruits, cakes, cereal, cheese and coffee. WiFi was strong and I used it to work, since I work online

The location is perfect. A street on Gran Vía. The only annoying thing is that to check in if there is no one at the door you wait a long time. The rest is perfect. Clean environment, very good service!

GGuest UserPretty crowded sometimes but I could work and sleep without any problem. My only concern was that AC didn't work at all, sometimes was pretty hot.

CCHOW LONG HANGThe location is convenient.
The staff are friendly
I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice.
However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet.
I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement.
If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.
GGuest UserI felt something biting me when I slept on the bed, which was very uncomfortable. The toilet and bathroom were good. The location is convenient, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is close to Dayangmen Square. The staff are very service-oriented.

This hostel offered a great experience! 👍 The room had bunk beds, making efficient use of space, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent, close to both attractions and the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around.
PPaula VianThe service is fine although it took a long time to check in (15 minutes) I imagine the guy was new and didn't know how to do his job yet, otherwise it's fine, it's on a street parallel to Gran Via so the location is great, I have to say that the room I took which was a double one was quite good inside but the outside of the room looked like garage doors, the inside of the room can't be closed but it remains locked from the outside and at 1 in the morning they knocked on our door while my friend and I were asleep and they made noises outside the door until they stopped knocking, otherwise very good accommodation for one or two nights, breakfast a little scarce but in terms of quality and price I think it's fine since for the price of the rooms in this hostel it's hard to find in Madrid and that are well located
YYigeananfangqibudongshidemengThis is a great value, small guesthouse in Madrid. The rooms are small but clean and bright. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Retiro Park, Mercado de San Miguel, Sol metro station, and Plaza Mayor. The hotel is right on the street, making it super convenient to return after shopping. It's simple and clean, with a small inner courtyard garden. There's a small common lounge where you can use the internet, boil water, and a shared fridge for groceries. Several supermarkets are nearby. However, I wouldn't recommend being out too late.
TTravler_trampThis was my third accommodation during my Madrid trip, and it was definitely the best hostel. The common areas, terrace, and kitchen (equipped with an induction cooktop and refrigerator) were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. They offer various tour programs, and since the entire building is a hostel, there's ample space. The dorm rooms are quite spacious, and the large windows ensure good ventilation and natural light. Each bed comes with an under-bed locker (you'll need your own padlock), a privacy curtain, and a personal power outlet. The bedding was clean. There are several large supermarkets nearby, including a 24-hour Carrefour, and the bus stop is very close, making the area feel safe even at night. On the downside, guests tend to come and go frequently in the early hours, and the surrounding area can be a bit noisy. Free luggage storage was available both before check-in and after check-out.
GGuest UserAir conditioning is strong and the temperature is comfortable. Luggage storage is 3 euros. When it got crowded the wait for reception was long. It is possible to borrow a hairdryer with passport as deposit. Overall a decent stay with fair price.
