I guess im lucky to book this one on florence, the location is just 10 mnts from s.m novella station, very calm at night, clean room & bathroom also they have a bidet is a plus. the one thing important to me is they have swimming pool and sauna cause i came there its so cold. Trust me you spend your money at the right place

Hotel was amazing, however we had a surprise in the loundry room, a lot on very dirty sheets were found, also the cleaning machines were dirty. Imposible to try to use them.

Second time staying at ostello bello. Picked this hostel because of the convenient location. It’s nice that they offer a token to exchange for welcome drink, and a lot of activities to participate.
Some places in the hostel definitely need some upgrade sooner or later… the toilet seat in the dome room shared restroom got a crack on it that definitely need a replacement soon.
Kinda weird they charge me differently for luggage storage (before check in- 5 euro fixed price / after check in- 3.5 euro piece), maybe due to the length of storage, I guess??

The location of the hotel is decent — it’s close to a bus stop, which makes getting around fairly convenient. However, it takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the city center. One of the highlights is the lovely courtyard outside, which is a nice place to relax. The room I stayed in was generally fine, but the privacy could be better — it felt a bit exposed at times. That said, the cleanliness was well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. Overall, it was an okay stay.

I prefer the 4 female bed dom located just next door. It a lot better, cozy, and bigger. Good that the bed bed is not a bulk bed and is comfortable. Location very good 5 mins to train station, market and 10-15mins walk to Dumo. Except 1 of the shower room drainage not functioning well. Wifi connection quite bad in room but was okay outside near the router. My room was facing outside street was very noisy at night ppl shouting and talking loud till 2am.

The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is very good. There is a place to cook. There is a free coffee machine. The female room is very friendly and has a clean bathroom. The location is close to the city center, which is super convenient and cool. You can also store luggage. It is best to bring your own lock for storing luggage. There is wifi

I was shocked that they mixed up the washing machine and the dryer, but they gave me coins and detergent again for free.
I never thought they would give me that, so I thought it was a very good service.
The room was pretty clean and nice. However, the building was like a maze and difficult to navigate.

Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional.

GGuest UserAmazing services! We are allowed to check in early… what a saint! We were so tried of the travel and when we saw the clean room and nice big bathroom it was just an amazing feeling. There were always people / security at the reception so when we cane back very late after Andrea Bocelli’s concert we can get in with no trouble. Also we were lucky that we got whole room to ourselves :) the highlight of this apartment is very clean and friendly staff!
