The location is fine, I booked this hotel for an event at Messe Hall. The bed was ok, but unfortunately the bathroom had leaking problems, there was always water on the floor.

GGuest UserWhat a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily.
Massages start from around 2000¥
Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point.
Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles.
If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic.
The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo.
Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help.
There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.
MMoy GcI enjoyed it so much there! Nice sauna and onsen, they’ll give you a bag full of things you need such as clothes towel brush etc. also they have a shuttle bus too, take from Narita Terminal 2 and go directly to the bus stop.
The bus start operating at 5am, I have early flight so everything is perfect.
If your flight from terminal 1, you can stop at terminal 2 and switch bus at bus stop 8
Definitely will go again on my next trip!
AA_R_I_FOutstanding service with unique location very close to subway station. The service staff was nice and cooperative. The rooms were found very hygienic and cleaned. I recommend this hotel to foreign travelers to enjoy time in Japan .
JJapanese tutor KentaComfortable word. It was the same use several times, but it is perfect for airport use and depending on the purpose for private use.
I'm glad that the number of buses was small and the waiting time was tired. It's my problem that I didn't use a taxi.
I was worried about the shaking and traffic sound because it was on the road side.
I could sleep without worrying about using it because I could get earplugs.
The newness was nice and shiny anyway.
It might be better if there is one convenience store nearby.
GGuest UserThe response at the reception was very pleasant and explained carefully! !! I was thrilled at my first stay, but I was relieved. I happened to be alone so I could spend a relaxing time! It's enough to just sleep. There was also a parking lot, so it was saved. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much! !!
GGuest User💤 **Sleeping Experience:** I thought I'd feel like I was crammed in a can of sardines, but I was slapped down in the cabin the second I laid down! The curved ceiling design wasn't oppressive at all, and the ventilation system was super quiet, with air circulation even more comfortable than my air conditioner! The pillows were surprisingly memory foam, with both soft and firm options! The soundproofing was much better than I expected, and I could sleep through the night with or without earplugs—a delight for those with social anxiety.
🛁 **Bathroom Surprises:** I was blown away by the ”space capsule shower”! The water temperature was instant and consistent, and the horse oil shampoo kept my hair frizz-free! The dressing room provided free makeup remover pads and scrunchies—so girl-friendly! There was even a makeup mirror with an LED light hidden in the mirror cabinet, so I didn't have to do my makeup in the dark. I was so touched!
👥 **Socially Friendly Space:** I thought capsule hotels were just for sleeping, but I ended up meeting so many great travelers in the ”shared book bar”! Work quietly during the day with high-speed WiFi (tested, it easily uploads large files), and enjoy board games with fellow backpackers from around the world at night. A microwave is available for rent in the kitchen, so you can enjoy a late-night bowl of instant noodles while gazing out at the city skyline – instantly embodying the same lonely romance you'd find in Japanese dramas!

GGuest UserI was generally satisfied, but if there was one thing that bothered me, it was that the inside of the capsule smelled like cigarettes, which disturbed my sleep. Apparently, all capsules are now non-smoking, but in the past, smoking was allowed inside the capsules, so the smell of cigarettes had permeated the inside. For those who don't mind that, I think this is a place you'll be satisfied with.
HHAIHONGThe hotel is just by the river in Yoro Valley, a standard old-fashioned Japanese hotel with no elevator. Dinner and breakfast are all Japanese-style set meals, very rich, and they are all local specialties, and they taste good. The hot spring is in a cave underground, and the hot spring water is black.
