Trip.com traveller reviews
"The environment is beautiful and quiet, with lots of greenery and a clean beach – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. They even kindly helped us adjust our room, which made for a great experience. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and it's convenient for dining, accommodation, and activities. The service is excellent. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this place again when I come to Phuket next time. I genuinely recommend it!"
"I only stayed for two nights, but they upgraded my room twice. The first night I stayed in an ocean view room, and the second night I was upgraded to a villa with a private pool. I’m truly grateful. The breakfast is dedicate, the room is big and comfy, I would love to stay here again next time."
"Can’t beat the location. Right on the beach. Picturesque. Hotel staff was friendly, room was comfy and clean. Enjoyed the balcony sea view from my room. You don’t have to leave the hotel to enjoy your stay. On site restaurants and breakfast were great. Nearby shops and restaurants. Kata Walking street a short distance away. Would stay again if going to Phuket."
"High standard of the hotel. It's impressive. Staff very helpful. The view of the sea is beautiful. The food is delicious. Gym and high standard swimming pool. I highly recommend it. It is worth spending the night in this hotel"
"This is a top notch hotel with instant access to the pool rightbout your back door. Nice pool bar with happy hour prices. The beds here are so soft and comfortable. The shower is awesome and there is a large tub too. A refrigerator and a safe are available. Good TV with a few English/American movie stations. The staff are very helpful and went out of there way to make sure we had directions, a place to park and info on great restaurants. It is a short walk to the Bangla walking street amd right across the street from Patong Beach. I highly recommend this hotel."
"A little gem of a place with a great location. Staff are amazing. The property is nicer by night than by day, the lighting helps to hide the signs of wear and tear. It needs an update but the food made up for all the flaws. Amazing service and from their attentive staff. The food in the restaurant is top notch and the breakfast buffet will not disappoint. Great location with a thriving market close by. The hotel grounds are lovely to explore. It would benefit from little updating."
