Hotel was quite busy but had no trouble with noise. Breakfast was manageable as there are lots of seating around the dining area. Food choices were great & we couldn't complain. This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

Very, very nice stay, the room is super big and has everything you need. The self check-in was also uncomplicated and you could get a free beer from the fridge. You didn't notice anything at all from the bar underneath the hotel, so for us it was a 10/10

The original check-in date encountered Storm Eowyn, and the flight was cancelled, so we were unable to check in. We sincerely thank Ctrip and the hotel for their communication and agreeing to change the check-in to the next day for free, which reduced our losses. The hotel is great, with free indoor and outdoor parking, and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. The breakfast is also very good, and the waiter is very friendly and has a very good attitude.

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

The Ibis hotel in Belfast, like all Ibises, is a transit hotel. Very little interaction with the staff. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is small but for this hotel it was rather well optimized. The food is very basic. We did not try the breakfasts. The Ibis hotel is well positioned for visits, however as it does not have parking, you have to plan for an additional cost if you are by car. The main thing is that we slept well there.

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

Opposite the city hall back door 7 minutes away from the coach station, very convenient, downtown. Very new, with central heating and cooling, excellent service and attentive service. There are electric clothes drying racks in the bathroom. Ironing facilities are complete, the room is large, the bed is 2 meters, and the small bed is very comfortable. Soft and hard loading design in place. Worth staying again.

The room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful. The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them. The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.

The hotel is very good, because we arrived in Befa from Liverpool by cruise ship, so the front desk let us check in before 8:00 a.m., took a shower, put our luggage and went out to play, very humane! My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Overnight stay at Hilton Lanyon as we were attending a comedy show in the Watetfront Hall. Delightful experience from check-in to departure. Delicious dinner in the restaurant from the pre theatre menu; cosy, comfortable, clean, spacious ensuite bedroom and superb breakfast - especially loved the vegetarian options. We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.

Right off the bat, I was impressed by the friendly greeting I received from the hotel staff. They allowed me to store my suitcase as I was a bit early and they even upgraded my room! Everything was clean and the food I ordered from the bar was quite good. The location of the hotel is great for anyone looking to be in the center of the city as you can walk to most things. It was a two minute walk to the Europa Bus Centre which is very convenient for getting to/from either of the airports. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean room in a great location in the city. There’s also a functioning fan which you can use if you feel too hot. Bathroom was also very clean and had a spacious shower, however there was a small hole in the shower hose allowing water to escape at high pressure and went all over bathroom floor 😅additionally, we were told there would be shampoo provided but only had shower gel. Would’ve been nice to have more specific details about the amenities but it’s a convenient stay.
