Excellent hotel everything was amazing can't wait to go back. Great location close to train station, shopping centre and theatre. We went to see Hamilton at the theatre and ate at restaurant nearby - hotel recommended a lovely break and stay.

A very pleasant stay in a clean room with decent amenities. The bed was comfy and I didn’t hear noise from other guests, it was good to have blackout blinds too. The location was perfect for my conference and walking distance to the city centre (about 15 mins). The breakfast is decent and there are snacks and drinks available as well.

Thia place is an hidden gem. Once you get over the access to the building etc I could not fault the apartment. It is clean modern and had everything I required for my stay. The woman on reception wss patient whilst I got to grips with the front door code. Car park is small but I managed to get a space. I would recommend Naps Inn great value for money.

A very central location, with superb breakfast. We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough). Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door. Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding). Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

The hotel is centrally located in the city centre about 20 mins walk from the New Street railway station. Just next to Chinatown and the famous open and indoor market in Birmingham. The coach station is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The kitchen and all the facilities in the room is good. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. My microwave was out of order one day and they replaced it in just 5 mins time. Really excellent and will definitely come back again.

Great location, parking is worth staying here for alone but arrive early or pre book to avoid missing out on one of the 50 spaces. Rooms a little tired but clean and functional. TV seems to have a problem with the BBC! Probably one of the best hotels for Utilita Arena. Would stay again.

The hotel is located close to everything I needed in central Birmingham. The room was clean and staff friendly. Only 2 things- the walls between the rooms are too thin. You can hear everything happening in the room next door including what they are watching on television and sleep noises. Secondly the breakfast variety is limited but having read reviews by others, I prepared appropriately.

The hotel location is perfect, the exterior is perfect, everything about the hotel is a bit dated, the elevator is horrible, the room is average, we couldn't go out onto the balcony because it is very dated and has a lock so no one can go inside, the mattress is horrible, the bathroom is perfect, by the way, they didn't come to clean the room. When we entered the room, there was an armchair with a base for our child. Cheapest budget hotel (for three guests) with reasonably good reviews I could find in Trip. Service staff were helpful. Downers are the sewage smells that emanated from the sink whenever someone showered from above. Not soundproof; noise made by inconsiderate guests could be heard from the corridor and the floor above. Shower area is like a capsule but its door is avant garde, with a hole in place of a door knob.

The location is great. Right in front of the new street station. The staff is great. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub. Hotel location is good, but no Novotel is close to the airport. Novotel is walking at the door of the airport glass door for a minute. This hotel is to take the airport light rail for three minutes, then get off the train for ten minutes to walk through the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is about five minutes walk. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Finally, the check-out of this hotel is not to check the room, the room card can go directly to the front desk.

It wasn't our first visit to a hotel from a Malmaison chain and safe to say the experience didn't disappoint. The hotel is positioned very centrally and everything you need is at most 10 minutes walk away. Unlike other Malmaison hotels we have visited this one also offers spa and gym facilities which are open for the hotel guests and although we haven't had a chance to make use of them they did look nice and we will make sure to book a much longer stay to enjoy these facilities in the future. Breakfast as always didn't disappoint and is highly recommended. Same goes to the bar area which is very nicely design allowing the guests to enjoy a nice drink in the evening.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.

Very clean and modern. I had a room without a window, which was fine. Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but lots of pillows, soft fluffy towels & nice bathroom products plus hairdryer & full length mirrors were provided.
