The room is very big, there is a record player, coffee machine, so much love Hygienic: conditions are very good Environment: Near the University of Glasgow, next to the Botanic Garden, natural oxygen bar Service: Very good, warm and thoughtful. Reasonably priced in a good location. Our room was clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fab in a lovely restaurant space. Only small complaint would be, we arrived at 2pm and they wouldn’t check us in till 3pm, we had to come back. Initial service and first impression weren’t good. However overall this hotel ticked all the boxes, I would stay again and I would recommend.

Also was very noisy around 0330 in the hallway but with it being a Saturday night I thought I’d hear more noise from outside but was quiet. Our trip to the Z hotel was very much a picture of great service, we were checked in patiently and promptly. Upon being in the room, we eventually found a maintenance issue, which couldn’t be fixed right away. In response, the staff changed our room, and offered us a choice of complimentary food or drink as an apology. Overall they were very kind and offered a friendly face every time we were at the desk, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are small, admittedly, but that is by design and is shown when booking, the amenities are very good, and are definitely worth the price. The Z also offers a loyalty programme that is very much worth the time to look into.

Stayed here as I came for Glasgow coffee festival at The Bridgate. The hotel was a 5 minute walk away venue. 1 minute away from a Tesco, a Nando’s and a bunch of bars. Staff were accommodating, kind and instructed well. If ask them how to adjust aircon in your room, and don’t have the breakfast here. It’s not great making it terrible value for money. Food and coffee recommendations: Sylvan, Wilson street pastry, through the door.

Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough. Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.

I would stay again, especially if attending something at the Hydro. I was stung by the carpark as thought you had to download and pay on the app that is signposted all over the carpark. I paid £26.25 for 24 hrs, then went to check in and was told I should've waited until I checked in as it was £10! Maria, who checked us in, asked if we wanted a paper, and we told her our choice. The next morning when it didn't arrive, we asked at reception about it and were told this was not a service they offer? The only other negative was a very rude hotel guest who would not let my elderly mother and I in the lift she was in, even although plenty of space.

I did not like the hotel location. Very spoiled location due to broken glass on pavings, people loitering and smoking substances. Reception - ok. My key card did not work on first attempt so had to revisited reception to fix. Room - dated and needs total upgrade - all old stuff. Secondary glazing - replace to modern. Bathroom - full update required. Departure morning - waited 10-15 minutes for lift to come up to the 12th floor - it never did. So resorted to using staircase to 5th floor where lift was coming to and used from there to ground level. The lift is slow so need to be modernised. If all of the above was attended to then I would return.

You can walk from Central Station, but it's a little difficult if you have luggage because it's on a hill. It takes 6-7 minutes to get to the bus stop for the airport, so it's safe even early in the morning. The room was clean, had a bathtub, and was comfortable. Our stay at Hotel Indigo was very pleasant. We were welcomed by Katt who has been very nice and friendly. We arrived around 11am in the morning and they already let us check-in early.  The room was spacious and everything is comfortable.  Our tour was leaving early the next day so we can’t take the 7am breakfast and they fixed us some breakfast to go.  Location is close to airport bus stop and walking distance to the city center / central station.  Overall, it was a great stay!

The city center is cheap and there is a bar on the first floor. And it's 20-30 meters away from the train station center where I'm going to the meeting. This geographical location is absolutely amazing. The house is consistent, always English, but the security is very good, there is a bathtub in it, but the heating is not sure if it is broken or I will not use it.
