This is a newly refurbished two bedroom apartment on the first floor, with your own private entrance through the front door, tailor-made for larger families, contractors, working professionals, and those seeking extended stays.This comfortable and fully-equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, offering all the convenience you need for a stress-free stay.The property comfortably sleeps 4. There is high-speed internet broadband and tv channels, plus there is gas central heating throughout with smart heating controls.Key Features:Bedroom 1 is spacious and has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobes with hangers, laminated floors and blackout curtains.Bedroom 2 has 2 comfortable single beds, a double wardrobe with hangers, the window overlooking the back garden, and blackout blinds.The lounge is relaxing and peaceful, with a window overlooking the garden. There is a dining area for 4 people. The TV is a 43 inch Smart Samsung 4K HDR giving precision sharp picture quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities including oven, induction hob, washing/dryer machine ( situated in the bathroom) fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and 4-slice toaster. The essentials include cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, chopping board, cups, glasses, tea, coffee and sugar.The nearest train stations you can arrive at are North Wembley station (Bakerloo line) or Sudbury Town Station (Piccadilly line). They are both about a 15 minutes walk to the property.Road parking: There is a Parking restriction on the road from Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm. There is free parking permit provided.The parking permit is in the user’s manual folder in the apartment. Please display the permit in your car when necessary.Access is available 24 hours with the provided key. I will provide the code for the lockbox, situated on the passage wall on your left hand side, to collect the key to have access to the apartment. Can’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.

Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.

Great location, hotel is quite old, hot water is good. There is onsite parking, however the staff is rather unfriendly. Services could be better. When we tried to ask for extended parking just to have lunch after check out, the answer was flat no. Attitude could be more friendly.

Amazing front desk and housekeeping team! There’s a lady from Bangladesh who has big smiles and very helpful when we have late lunch at the lobby restaurant. One thing that I don’t really like is that there’s a scaffolding wrapping around the entire hotel and they started the drilling and pounding work at 9 am sharp.

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

Terrible hotel. Checked in, got to room only to find someone else in bed. Was told by receptionist that ‘there couldn’t be’!! Stayed two nights. On both nights first two items on menu choice were unavailable. On second night third choice was Nachos. Delivered to table without chilies, sour cream or cheese. So just the tomato sauce then. Apparently the chef couldn’t find the ingredients 🤦. Upon check out charged twice on card. Asked how stay was and told. Ignored. Never stay there again.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dockside and had a generally pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Location: The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre, which means you'll need to plan your travel carefully. We found ourselves relying mostly on the boat to Canary Wharf, which, while scenic, adds some time and coordination to each outing. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was a highlight. We were greeted warmly with the signature DoubleTree cookies – a small but lovely surprise. Even more thoughtful, the staff noted that we were celebrating a birthday and offered us two complimentary drinks at the bar. That personal touch really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Room Comfort: The room was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing wasn’t great – we could clearly hear the sea waves throughout the night, which might be relaxing for some, but was a bit disruptive for us. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner. We found garbage left in the bin, which detracted from the overall sense of hygiene and attention to detail. Overall: This hotel has some lovely, thoughtful staff and a few standout gestures that enhanced our stay. However, its distance from central London and a few cleanliness and soundproofing issues might not make it ideal for every traveller. With a bit more attention to room maintenance, it could be a much stronger option.

The TV wouldn’t work in our room and while the check in staff were very very helpful the maintenance team didn’t show up to sort it. The following day we asked to have a room change which was no problem but we were put directly over the train station. They do supply ear plugs but boy is it noisy! Rooms are clean, facilities are good, staff friendly just make sure you ask for a room the opposite side of the hotel to the train station, unless you are a train spotter!

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the combination of movement and stillness is very good! The big bed plus a sofa bed, the sofa bed is generally comfortable, but the sofa bed is very wide, and it can be opened as a double bed. The front desk service is very good, and they will greet you when you enter and leave. The restaurant service is also very good. The freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is good, and it costs 4 pounds per cup in the Oxford restaurant. The room is cleaned every day, and supplies for multiple people are provided. It is highly recommended. It takes 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the London Eye, passing by the British characteristics on the street.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again.

Quite a bog standard Hilton. The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Reasonably close to a tube. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just fine, nothing more than that. Reception area was nice, staff friendly but the room was bland and edging on tired. I didn't eat in the hotel. The toiletries and complimentary water was nice and the towels and shower were decent. I've stayed in worse places, I've stayed in better places.
