Travelodge London Wembley High Road

The lady in the reception Nicole’s was very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is very clean and convenient. I use to come here very often and I am very pleased with the service. There is also a restaurant with plenty of chooses for breakfast and dinner. This hotel is my favourite one in the area.

Only food things about this hotel is the location. Its in the centre of Wembley so plenty of shops and the underground was 1 min walk. The staff leave alot to desire. Bring your phone charging plug as the USB runs very slow. Full charge took 9hrs

Wembley high road Travelodge Is a convenient affordable location for a base when visiting London on this occasion the reason for my visit was to go to concerts one night after the other. When at the Travelodge I was greated by a friendly lady called Veneta who helped me going my stay and was very helpful. Also Thier was a young man on how I spoke with and helped me but was unable to note his name not only where theses staff approachable so where the house keeping team I felt as this is a Travelodge I received a good level of service!

Prime location on Wembley High Rd directly above the shops & tube station, 15 min walk to the stadium & outlet shops. Parking is below the hotel in an ncp style car park which brings you out into a shopping precinct & the hotel is a door in the walll opposite the Tesco Extra, discreet but well signposted . Newly refurbished double room which was smart & clean but on the slightly small side. Bed was very comfortable & spare pillows were available on top the clothes hanging area. Tea & coffee supplied. The bathroom resembled a cheap caravan - white upvc panelling, but it again it was clean & functional. Basic toiletries were supplied together with good sized towels. Small bar & restaurant area - again functional & clean but the breakfast was well stocked & good quality & choice - all happily fed & watered. We were located on the hotel entrance floor directly above the entrance to the subway & there was some minor noise from the road & pedestrians after about 7 am but it was very minimal & didn’t adversely affect us - my wife is a light sleeper & had no problems. Wembley high road has an assortment of takeaways, restaurants, pubs etc & there are 2 small supermarkets opposite the hotel entrance with the tube getting you into central London in approx 20 mins.

The reception was warm thanks to Ruby & we got a free upgrade to a Family room. The location of the lodge is amidst a buzzling market and is well connected by train. The rooms are cozy n comfortable. Addl amenities are provided on demand. A pleasent experince. Much appreciate

Stayed here 5 April 2024. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, however there was an extractor fan in the bathroom that was on constantly, could not be turned off, which was noisy. Reception staff not helpful at all, only muttered one of two words during check-in. I had to ask what time breakfast was served and whether we needed to book a table. We went to the restaurant/cafe at around 5pm which was empty. Bar/restaurant staff member wasn’t friendly at all, we felt like we were putting him out by ordering drinks. We looked at the menu and was going to order food. There was no kids menu however the main menu said a kids menu was available just ask a staff member, which we did and the staff member reluctantly handed over a kids menu. There were about 6 choices of main meal on the menu, when we went to order we were told they didn’t have the meal we were wanting to order and there were some other things they didn’t have. We could have been advised of this at the time we were given the menu!!! We just felt like they could not be bothered to serve or cook us the food. The kitchen was behind the bar and we could see the lights were off. We then decided not to bother eating there as it seemed too much of a bother for the staff. Overall room clean and comfy but staff need to brush up on their customer service skills.

It was a great experience and great service, Veneta was brilliant she was done a great job to arrange the room and she was very clam and quiet but working superbly . Awesome satisfaction with great results. Food and room service are very good. We enjoying breakfast buffet in during our stay.

They are so sweet and friendly at the reception! Really good place. Really saved me in a pigge. Place is good located and clean. I like the design. But mostly the people are super friendly and helpful. I am here for the football game and it is a perfect location for that and the city.

This Wembley high road travelogue is provide good service and good room and comfortable with the bed and staff service is good it is very good service and all thing this hotel is very nice and good service ne I love this customer service and all .
