There are also delicious Asian dishes within 3 kilometers. The rooms are very simple and warm. The hotel is located in a small forest. There are plenty of parking spaces. When I was at the breakfast shop, I found that there was no Asian face. It was a good local experience.

When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45...
The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do....
I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep.
Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them....
The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic.
Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.

|0.89km from city centreFabulous location close to the centre, the M8 and close to the open top bus tour stops, we had 3 nights bed and breakfast at this location, reception staff were friendly on arrival and later in the evening when we were socialising in the bar area, the breakfast staff were amazing and informative in the dining area, the breakfast was a buffet and had loads on offer, the housekeeping team were amazing when we required extras for the room. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will be back in the future!

Upon being in the room, we eventually found a maintenance issue, which couldn’t be fixed right away. In response, the staff changed our room, and offered us a choice of complimentary food or drink as an apology.
Overall they were very kind and offered a friendly face every time we were at the desk, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms are small, admittedly, but that is by design and is shown when booking, the amenities are very good, and are definitely worth the price. The Z also offers a loyalty programme that is very much worth the time to look into.

Originally booked for 3 days, my flight got cancelled and then rebooked for an earlier arrival time so I had to book an extra day earlier. Thankfully, They had availability. At check-in, The front desk was incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was worth paying for. I ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed the Location, convenience and that it was a studio with a cooktop.
The last 2 days of my stay were not as enjoyable as the upstairs or next door neighbours were very loud. It wasn’t worth complying to the front desk about as I just used earplugs. 
The beds are hard, not quite easy Asia hard but close with that, I’d stay again the location with brekky and having a cook top. Worth it.

Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough.
Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.

Advised to return at check in time. When I arrived there was a problem with the pre payment I had made and they seemed unable to proceed unless I paid them again. It was not great service at all and left me out of pocket more so.

In regards to location it’s 15 min walk from central station but could be a trek walking back as uphill. Slept well but couldn’t control the heating so room was too warm. Windows can’t be opened too in our room. The biggest disappointment was no evening meal so don’t count on it. Haven’t check the breakfast as when asked at reception I have been told to check breakfast in the morning first and then come and pay if I like what I see so decided not to try it as had to leave very early the next day. Overall hotel for a price of odd £34 or so wasn’t bad but you have to be aware of not counting for a meal there.

The room was clean, had a bathtub, and was comfortable. The classical and calm atmosphere was also nice.

This geographical location is absolutely amazing.
