Friendly staff, good location, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Very convenient

There is no kettle or disposable supplies, so you have to bring your own, but there is a supermarket next door with everything.

Service prices are good, is the room is small

During the check in they ask me to provide the marriage contract , on top of that when my wife asked for prayer mat they give us a tower Also the food was tasteless . I asked for penne carbonara cooked for 8 minutes and I received it very well done then when i talk to the manager he said we have it ready made On top of that when we finished the dinner the waiter was cleaning the table he took my wife’s cutlery cause she didn’t use its and he put in other table Honestly it was very very bad experience and doesn’t worth the money

The location of the hotel is ideal, everything is nearby (center, beach, nice café's etc.). Unfortunately, the hygiene and service were very disappointing. Most staff we encountered were unfriendly. In addition, the room was very small and unclean. Also, the entrance to the shower room is extremely small. If you are a little fuller you will have difficulty getting through. We had booked a room for two people, but we only received one towel. And what was also added in the mornings, is that a group of flies guards the food for breakfasts.

Super unprofessional, not ADA compliant, horrible reception.

The staff of the Ibis Mohammedia hotel are excellent. I appreciate their prompt service and willingness to accommodate my family. Are standard room was okay. It resembled a dorm room. The furniture is okay. I would like two chairs instead of one, and a hot water kettle. The woman who cleaned the room was excellent. I truly appreciate her work. The bathroom shower did have mold however, and I think this is an issue with the management more than the housekeeping. We never ate at the restaurant. At night they convert a portion of the room into a nightclub, but the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. The area around the hotel has a Marjane across the street, so we generally had breakfast in our room. Also, there plenty of good options within walking distance.

Le pire des hôtels "Ibis" du Maroc, J ai eu l'occasion de séjourner dans toute la chaine, mais celui ci est vachement à côté de la plaque, le manager est hors couverture, aucune gestion de l établissement, un personnel sympa; laissé à son propre sort, service client totalement absent. Le groupe Accor doit voir et revoir la gestion de l'hôtel. Jamais, j y mettrais les pieds Très très mauvaise expérience

It's very clean and has good service all round. It's about 15 mims walk from the beach

In attempting to book Ibis in Casablanca thru *******, I tried to filter the properties by "Ibis". This hotel came up first in the list and I did not realize it was NOT the hotel in Casablanca. After booking I realized the error and tried to get (thru *******) the booking refunded. The hotel held to their non-refundable policy so I never stayed at a hotel I never intended to visit. Obviously my money is more important to that property than reasonable customer service.

The property is clean and so are the rooms.

Our stay was okay, the warm welcoming by the front desk lady was amazing, the guy at the door help us with everything luggage, parking, directions to places we want to visit etc... But the biggest problem was in the room the ac doesn't cool enough, was very hot outside so we need to have the room cold and when we cameback to the room was very warm, we call to the front desk and she sent us the maintenance person he said was nothing wrong with the ac equipment..but that it will be the colder that we can get at the hotel. It is set up like that. So why they advertise air conditioning in room when the feeling is a fan air... Bad experience... I don't think we ever will comeback to this hotel..
