Karen and her husband are gracious hosts. The place feels like a home away from home. The rooms are located at the back of the house. Total privacy very comfy very clean and lots of amenities. Knaresborough is friendly a d beautiful. Breakfast 100% per your preference and delicious

What a little gem of a place. First time visit, travelling on my own for business. Perfect location for me. Beautiful room, very clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. Big TV, easy to navigate remote! Bathroom was spotless, nice complimentary toiletries. Comfy bed, had a good sleep once I managed to get off, could hear other guests on the corridor, but I guess I was earlier settling in than the average on a Sunday evening (early to work Monday!) Breakfast was really good quality, fair selection of hot and cold options, lots of fresh fruit on offer too. Very impressed, bit disappointed I arrived later on the Sunday evening and decided not to have an evening meal now!

A charming and beautifully presented 3-bedroom end-terrace (sleeps 6/7) with all of Harrogate's amenities just a short walk away.The accommodation is spread over 3 floors with two of the bedrooms each with a Super-King bed (both can be reconfigured into twin beds on request) and a third attic bedroom with a double and small double bed.The house is situated on a quiet residential street with ample free, unrestricted on-street parking.Outside there is a large, private area with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.The property is located a 15 min walk from all of the attractions that the beautiful spa town of Harrogate has to offer, including King's Road, the Conference Centre, Turkish Baths, Betty's Tea Rooms and Valley Gardens. Both the bus and train station are less than a 15 minute walk away.If you're in need of an even quicker pint then the property is also less than a 5 minute walk from High Harrogate's pubs (including one of our favourite Tap Houses in Harrogate!), independent shops, supermarkets and eateries. We often stay in Harrogate but had deemed this hotel a bit far out of town. Far from it. It's a pleasant stroll of 5 minutes through a nice residential area to get to the main shopping and eating areas of town. The Hotel has plenty of parking (small daily fee) or plenty of on road parking closeby (right outside of a weekend). In particular the staff were excellent. So many smiles and so pleased to help. We stayed for a function and the event room and servicing were very good (nice crossiants). Well done Cedar Court you exceeded our expectations.
