Popular Luxury Hotels in London

Arrived on Thursday 4 May, as was booked to stay for 5 nights until the 9th May. However, after just one night, on the afternoon of the 5th May, 3 members of the hotel's personnel team, entered my Suite & insisted I leave to stay elsewhere, as they thought I couldn't afford The Ritz, despite my stay having been paid for in full upon arrival. This did indeed, spoil my Coronation stay in London, as was naturally looking forward to being at The Ritz until Tuesday the 9th May. As had successfully paid for my stay in full when checking in, therefore didn't think it was right of certain hotel staff members to insist that I left for no reasons, other than thinking my stay was unaffordable. Regardless of whether this may have got me into debt, as it's not against the law to spend more than one has in savings by way of borrowing, therefore feel that the hotel acted unreasonably towards me, in not allowing me the option to continue & pay for my stay as wished. This, therefore, did interfere with my vacation plans, in that the Ritz wouldn't even allow me until the following day to make alternative arrangements. As had intended beginning Coronation Day itself with an 03:30 alarm wake up call within my Suite, in order to arrive onto the mall, prior to 05:00, in order to ensure I was there prior to any closures coming into place. Despite managing to acquire myself a room at The Ritz (which could have quite easily afforded), my London stay was therefore unnecessarily spoiled for no real reason.

I had the greatest experience staying at this hotel as the staffs treated me kindly and the services were impeccable. The room was thoroughly cleaned and tidied according to my liking. This hotel deserves the all the stars it received.

The location is very good, the environment and facilities are very good, hygienic and clean, the room display is very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete and very high-end. The service was very good and the breakfast was great! Tang Dynasty gorgeous British style. Very good experience recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the Four Seasons is generally very online.

Perfect. As always. That's why I am coming here. Mandarin Oriental brand helps me to choose. Area, service, location, are perfect. Breakfasts are the best even to Mandarin Oriental standards. You know what you pay for. Basically I feel at home here when in London.

Very good, it is a first-class hotel from a global perspective. The overall experience is not in the category of luxury resort, but more like a top business hotel. Adhere to the traditional peninsula layout, which comes from the business travel style of the golden age of 80/90s. Those who like it will like it very much.
