I love going to the lounge bar here. I highly recommend. It's a lovely place to stop for snacks and a drink when nearby. Dishes are good but too salty for my taste room are 5 star quality that's ok.

Very good stay experience. I think this is the best and most cost-effective hotel in London, far exceeding the Bulgari in London. The hotel staff is very good, enthusiastic and professional. During the stay, due to negligence, I lost my credit card in the lobby. A female staff member of the hotel found it and took the initiative to pick it up for me. When I returned to the hotel, the concierge at the door told me that my credit card was lost here and took me to the front desk to pick it up. I am really grateful to every staff member. The room is very large and has a separate large cloakroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub, double washbasins, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, bathtub TV, and a very rich mini bar. It is really rare to see rooms of this size in London. The bedding is very comfortable, and the screen of the smart control device in the room has Chinese options. It is very friendly to Chinese people. A brother at the concierge at the door will greet in Chinese. It is really a great hotel. This is the best one I have ever stayed in in the Peninsula.

Expensive, but super top-notch hotel. One of the best in London. Location in the heart of Chelsea perfect for those on a shopping spree or who want to experience the 'high life' in London. Super central so everything else (Theatres, Palaces, etc.) are all easy to walk or cab to.

The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.

It’s full of details. It’s one of the best hotels in London. They even give you a small gift every day. The waiters are all gentlemen and ladies. There’s a big shopping mall across the road and Hyde Park next to it. I’ll stay here again next time.
