Location is excellent, beach in front, 1-2 min walk to lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, 7-11, Tops, street vendors, laundry, ATM, etc, Big gym with many free weights and equipment but short opening hours - 7 am to 8am only.

Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.

The rooms come standard with everything except for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The only thing I would like improved is for the shower water to be a little hotter. Its not bad, but I prefer steamy hot. The location is not too bad but it's a little walk to shops or restaurants. And it's about 20 minutes walk to Soi Bukhao

The hotel is located in a very good location, directly connected to the beach, giving it a private beach-like feel. The restaurant staff took great care of us, and we were very impressed with both the breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was also stunning. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the pool was amazing. On the downside, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than the normal check-in time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and were asked to wait without being told how long it would take. Additionally, the check-in staff only verbally informed us where the lift was located. Honestly, it would be better if they could walk guests to the lift, as the hotel's layout can easily mislead guests and cause them to go the wrong way. Once we checked into the room, we found hair on the floor, which was clearly not ours. The beach bag was not set up in our room, and we had to call to request it, even though my friend's room was properly prepared when they entered. The second day, housekeeper took away the bathrobe and did not replace it. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were questioned about how many people were staying in the room, which felt unnecessary. It would be great if management could look into these issues and make improvements. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

The room was quite nice with a big size, enough for 2 people to fit in. The staff is quite helpfull. The parking is very large and tidy. The breakfast, I didn't expect anything to be honest, it was really good! With many various different type of foods. Me and my brother really enjoyed till the last minute! I didn't expect this place to be this good. The location is also good too. Will definitely recommend to others and come back on my own for sure!

The room is clean, but the reception service is not very good. Stayed two nights, booked online. and will stay another night Went down to the reception and asked to stay longer and would pay cash. The reception told me to go reserve online myself. I was confused. If we were going to reserve online, why would we go down and reserve at the reception?

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.

The apartment feels cheap, like a student room. I didn't take any pictures of the table, cabinets, bed, and bathroom, but it looks like the pictures of the accommodation that were shared. It's not an exaggeration.

Pro: Lot of parking for motorcycle. Kind staff. Quick check-in. Clean and cheap room. 7-11 next to the hotel. Efficient air conditioner. Refrigerator. Cons: No bum-gun in the toilets. Light filters around the door. Located literally in front of the beach. Very competitive price, clean and relatively comfortable. Very suitable for a short stay.

I booked the Tide resort at last minute as i used to stay there. Hotel is under re-novation but it not distirb my staycation. I got new room facing to beach near lift. Check in process was fine were wait for booking to hotel system about 5-7mins , service checkin staff was fine but he may need a bit more interpersonal skills. Overall great stay recommended
