The hairdryer in the bathroom is not working properly, so I have called the service centre for another hairdryer, but no one picked up the call. I have walked down to the lobby and asked the front desk for help. It took around 15 minutes to deliver the hairdryer to my room. Apart from this, everything was fine and decent.

It's a nice gesture that the hotel actually sent a link to check in online even though I didn't book directly from them. Upon in person check-in, the process was quick too. Staff was friendly and approachable, appreciated that. The room is relatively clean, most importantly there are no hints of hair lying around randomly! Location is superb as I was attending the concert next door, at Thunderdome, very short walking distance that took less than 10 mins. Not my first time here, but definitely won't be my last time either! Thank you for the hospitality 😌

love the hotel!! was there for the Summer Sonic music event, and its a few stations away from the Impact Arena. Opposite the hotel there's a mall though there's not much to shop but at least its a clean mall with many variety of resturants.

My stay here for 4 days was peaceful. All the amenities are nice and convenient. The room is nice and spacious. It has everything I would need. However, I am bothered with the daily housekeeping service. It was convenient that they have kitchen utensils and instant coffee every day. But the utensils were never properly washed during my stay. They either smelled or tasted like what I put in there the day before. It was disgusting. Also they are not changing the bin liners, only picking up trash. So I wonder what else they are not cleaning properly. Front desk are also not very warm and friendly.

I arrived hotel in the late night and I informed in advance. Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that the water was not functioning and it would be resumed after 3am in the morning. I was disappointed the fact that after midnight how can I find another place to sleep ,so I stayed without utilizing water. I also contacted customer service of Trip and they gave me really nice solution for this problem

This place is perfect both location and the comfy room. The room is nice and clean. The service is excellent. Recommend to visit:))

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel boasts a very convenient location; a taxi to the concert venue cost only a little over 10 yuan. Even if taxis were scarce on the return journey, the subway (MRT) was a good alternative, though it might require a transfer. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof.

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.

It was lovely! 7/11 is really close and pink line is just around the corner. But I would advice using bus in the morning and in the evening as you would get to the city faster.

Stayed here during an event at Impact and found the Botanic Service Room to be a great value. The room is small but cosy, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was within reach. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection of items and even one local Thai dish that added a special touch. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were polite and accommodating. Overall, it’s a simple but comfortable place with a warm vibe. Ideal if you're attending something at Impact or need a short, hassle-free stay.
