A short trip at the tail end of the Chinese New Year holiday, staying at the Tianlai Hot Spring Villa for 2 nights. The lakeside view, warm private hot spring, mahjong table in the room, and the thoughtful butler and housekeeping staff were all great. Plus, the Moon Bay Food Court was super close, and the kids had a blast! The service during the Chinese New Year holiday deserves praise. Despite the large number of breakfast guests, it was organized and orderly, with efficient seating guidance and quick table clearing. The queue for the noodle station during peak hours must have made the chef feel both happy and overwhelmed! 😄 In the mornings, we hiked Renhuang Mountain to work up a sweat, spent the afternoons sunbathing and soaking in the hot springs, and evenings playing mahjong and cards. It was absolutely relaxing, and next time we definitely need to stay for more days! Hahaha.

I’ve stayed in the Grand Pacific a few times over the years. Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you have a feeling of class, the decoration is very exquisite, the front desk brother is very welcoming, and the room looks very fresh, clean and tidy. The room was also very clean, with large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city at night, and the bed in the hotel room was very comfortable, which was a very good experience.

They were so welcoming during check-in, not only proactively telling us about the hotel facilities and local dining options but also kindly upgrading our room type. Evelyn was incredibly patient, answering all our questions about exploring the local area. Alice was very thoughtful; seeing we had a child, she even prepared a special gift for them. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The pool water is excellent, making for a very comfortable swim. The gym is well-equipped, so it's easy to get a workout in. The laundry room has new equipment and is easy to use, which is a huge convenience for travelers. The room is tidy and comfortable, and the overall environment is quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

I hade exellent experince with hotel stuff and room look. Bed ,bathroom is perfect. Only location is so so, notjing arround. Centre city is far away but is also very esay to get there by night with DIDI ,its arround 15min.

I booked this hotel last minute for a spontaneous trip, and I was so impressed by Alan's service! He proactively helped me with my luggage and even recommended an amazing local restaurant nearby. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent and offered a great variety. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Haining; it's worth coming back to multiple times!

The room had a musty smell. The state-owned hotel was of a certain age, but the service from the service staff was pretty good. I was given a pass for 2 people for the swimming pool. Since I have two children at home, the staff helped me exempt one adult from the swimming pass. However, I charged 25 yuan for breakfast because I have a child who is 122cm tall. I think this area could be more humane because children cannot eat much breakfast.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jianguo North Road subway station. The lobby is grand and spacious, and the rooms are clean and tidy. They feature smart toilets, electric curtains, an 'Xiaodu' AI assistant, and even a smart food delivery robot. The room was warm, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast selection was also very rich. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
