The hotel is located in the new city of Fez, about a few kilometers from Medina. Marriott's service is good, the hotel is beautiful, and the price-performance ratio is very good. The hotel garden is beautiful, the room is not small, although a little old but still comfortable. I like the Fez scenery photos hanging on the hotel wall
The best local hotel, no one. Surrounded by greenery, it is very quiet, with a swimming pool, a golf course and convenient parking. The hotel is decorated on a high level, the room is fully equipped, the bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is not small, very clean, the room has snacks, coffee machine and so on. In the evening, we also provide sleeping service, help you to lay a bed, put down your slippers, adjust the lights, it is really warm, and there are places for children to play, it is suitable for parents to stay, give five-star praise!
The hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for
Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.
I had an incredibly beautiful experience in this Riad. I came to eyes short, so beautiful it was! Unfortunately the stay was only 1 night but the next time it will certainly be more! Thank you for the terrible good service and hopefully tomorrow!
We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price.
We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis.
Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance.
The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff.
Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay.
The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure.
The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge.
Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.
BRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly.
This hotel is located in the old town of Fes, in the alleys, in a thick gate, there is a unique display of its unique charm! I understand that hotels with such characteristics in the ancient city are generally bought by some of the nobles and nobles a long time ago. Later, they built their own palaces and passed on to the characteristic hotels of the present generation! The layout of the lobby is very stylish, and the lounge has a lot of books and features to feel the owner's heart! The butler service is very attentive, remember to stay at this hotel, call the hotel staff in advance to pick you up! Their dinner is great, but make an appointment in advance, and the lamb chops are great!
Good location - clean rooms - average breakfast. Has parking. Courteous - serious staff. Nice swimming pool. A bit expensive compared to other hotels. Clean but old hotel. Worth of money (5/10)

AAshrafBadranThe hotel has very good location 5 minutes walking to Burg Fes Mall and near to the old city , staff at the Reception very friendly (Ms Hanan) also at the main restaurant, food whatever for Breakfast or Dinner are very good and enough, don’t like to forget the Housekeeping ladies are excellent, but the hotel now under maintenance for the rooms and some outlets
I can give this hotel 6 - 7 from 10
GGuest UserThe contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!
叶叶Hotel location is not far from the parking lot, about 200-300 meters walk. However, it is difficult to carry out the large baggage alley stone road. It is recommended to pay a tip to hire a small cart for about 20 dirhams. Sometimes if there is more baggage, it will bargain. There is no more than 4 big names, Li is generally 20DH. The hotel belongs to the Fez Traditional Courtyard B&B. The room on the first floor was slightly ventilated and the bedding was a bit tidal. Breakfast is on the terrace and it is very romantic.

VvoiletteThe 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method.
The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.
