We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. She contacted us in advance to understand our needs, kindly upgraded our room, and assisted us with complimentary parking. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. It's very close to shopping malls, making transportation, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The view from the window is also quite nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. This hotel is arguably one of the top five-star establishments in Yingkou's city center. It boasts a very spacious parking lot (and apparently, all parking in Yingkou is complimentary). It's conveniently situated right next to Lengyan Temple and also very close to Wanda Plaza. The deluxe king room I booked was quite large. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning sometimes gave off a strange odor at night, and I couldn't figure out why.

I really want to commend our butler, Dino. Their service was professional and incredibly warm. They were humble and friendly, and very meticulous in their work. Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

I've been in Dalian for several days, and I've stayed at Henrui and other hotels before. Compared to those, the New World Dalian Hotel is truly worth staying at. Five-star rating for sure! What impressed me most was the service. All the staff members were exceptionally warm and genuine. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping, or any other hotel staff, their attitude was consistently excellent. It wasn't just superficial politeness; they were truly sincere, which made for a very comfortable stay. The room was also very spacious and bright. The hotel arranged a room with a view of Renmin Road, and the view was fantastic. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing experience. When we checked out, the staff were incredibly thoughtful. They proactively helped us with our luggage and even loaded it into our car. The whole process was very considerate. Overall, the experience was outstanding, much better than the other places I've stayed. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely be staying here again.

I chose this hotel near Tieling Station. It is very convenient to buy items near the business district. When I entered the hotel, I saw the warm smile of the front desk lady and the security brother enthusiastically took the initiative to help us with the luggage. The front desk check-in efficiency is particularly fast and it is free of deposit and free of rounds. Hotel The lobby is not inferior to the five-star hotel. Very high-end. The comfortable aroma smell is spotless. The room is also provided with disposable toilet covers and disinfection wipes. After taking a shower at night, it is very refreshing and skin-friendly. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a wonderful ambiance; the subtle, healing fragrance instantly washed away the fatigue of my long journey. The quality of this established five-star hotel is truly evident. It's always my first choice for business trips, and this time, I particularly want to commend Lisa. She is incredibly meticulous and reliable. She proactively communicated with me about my check-in preferences, and knowing I was on a business trip, she specifically helped me reserve a quiet room not facing the street, so I wouldn't be disturbed at night or during the day while working. During check-in, she was patient and thorough throughout, making the process quick and efficient. She remembered my invoice details and prepared the invoice for me in advance. Knowing I still had work to deal with during my trip, Lisa frequently checked in on my stay, which was very thoughtful. She would proactively replenish drinking water and toiletries. Lisa not only made excellent arrangements beforehand, but also patiently helped resolve any issues I had during my stay, promptly and with a gentle attitude, never being perfunctory. I was feeling a bit tired and unwell, which is common when traveling for business, and Lisa promptly checked on me and brought hot honey water and fruit. It was truly a lifesaver and made me feel incredibly warm. Thanks to Lisa's attentive arrangements, combined with the hotel's excellent environment and service, my entire stay was exceptionally comfortable and worry-free. My biggest thanks go to Lisa; she considered every detail and was so thoughtful and meticulous, truly putting herself in the guest's shoes. The next time I come to Dalian for business, I will undoubtedly choose Shangri-La Dalian again!

The hotel is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city and 3 kilometers away from the sea. There are no commercial facilities around it. It is in the development stage and has some construction sites. The main body of the hotel is located above the 7th floor of an apartment building. The lobby is located on the 7th floor, and the bottom is a bathing place. This mixed structure of commercial and residential is more chaotic. There is no feeling of a hotel on the first floor. There is free parking, but because it is shared with the bathing center, the parking space will be tight during the peak period. For self-driving tourists, you need to be mentally prepared in advance. As a newer hotel, its hardware facilities have their highlights. The laundry room and gym on the 8th floor are convenient for long-term guests. The rooms are apartment-style, equipped with simple cooking equipment such as microwave ovens, and have a balcony with a view to create a home travel atmosphere. However, from the details, the decoration of the room is slightly rough, many obvious project leftover problems have not been properly dealt with, the shower head blocked the water flow, affecting the overall living texture and experience, the view outside the balcony has no highlights, you should see the sunrise. The hotel still has a lot of room for improvement in management and service details. It has a convenient location and the hardware foundation of the apartment hotel, but if you want to truly match Hilton's brand standards, you need to invest more energy in the engineering fine detail and service quality to make the guest's stay more perfect.
