Thanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

1. Good location, just next to Shoushan Park, it takes five minutes to drive from the beach. And opposite is the school, there are many food stalls 2. The service is good, after knowing that we like to drink coffee, we took the initiative to send a lot of water and coffee capsules, and the security guard will greet politely when entering and leaving the door. 3. Most important! Pet is very friendly! Will arrange pet exclusive room, give pet toys, pet bowls, etc., and give a puppy gift before leaving! In short, the first time I have a great trip! I will often come to Huludao to travel in the future ～

Overall, I'd give it 4.5 stars. The room decor is typical for an older five-star hotel. Since it was Chinese New Year, some of the hotel's facilities were only partially operational. Breakfast was just okay. The lobby's decor and layout reminded me a lot of the St. Regis in Beijing. There were hardly any Chinese New Year activities. The disposable slippers were really low quality, just like those you'd find at a Hanting Express! However, the room rate was quite low for Chinese New Year, so we can't really complain too much.

As an InterContinental member for over 10 years, I've gone from Ambassador to the lowest tier. I always choose the Dalian InterContinental when I'm on a business trip; the facilities are top-notch. In recent years, more branded hotels have popped up in Dalian, and fewer people seem to choose InterContinental – I'm not sure why. This is the first time I've encountered such arrogant and dismissive room service and guest services staff. The first day was fine, but on the second day, we were checking out, and my child wanted to go swimming. I requested a few items twice: a children's bathrobe, slippers, plastic bags, non-woven bags, and bath towels. The first time, the attendant opened the door very aggressively, speaking loudly, frowning, and looking displeased. I was lightly dressed, and the door was only slightly ajar, but she pushed it wide open. I could only reluctantly tell her to bring the items in. The second time, the person who answered the phone simply said, 'Let me write this down,' and then questioned me, 'Is there anything else?' I said no, and they just hung up. The same attendant came over, clearly even more impatient and still speaking loudly. I blocked the doorway and didn't let her in, just took the bag and asked her to put the bathrobe inside. Such impatience for a few consumables? On the first day, before extending our stay, I asked the front desk for a non-woven bag, and they said they didn't have any, only guest services did. In all my years with InterContinental, this is the first time I've experienced such unaccommodating guest services – it was quite unexpected. I still hope InterContinental continues to improve and that the brand isn't tarnished by staff who haven't been properly trained.

The front desk staff, Angel, had a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and efficient. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had consistent and comfortable water pressure. The hotel also features a heated pool and a 24-hour gym, which I was very satisfied with. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shenyang.

I booked a one-bedroom deluxe suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. Besides a living room, a dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom, it also had a separate study and another laundry room. The breakfast was also very rich, with many egg options and even Japanese natto. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Facilities: As it's an older hotel, the decor and style still reflect an older design. It could definitely use some partial renovation and upgrades. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Both the public areas and guest rooms were cleaned quite thoroughly. Environment: Parking was a bit inconvenient, but the location is excellent. I chose this hotel over New World and Marriott for its value for money, and also because I saw it had a play area for kids. Although there weren't many items, everything was new and exciting for a child under two, and they loved it! Plus, it was convenient to return here after spending time at K11. Service: Absolutely outstanding! Having stayed at various types and levels of hotels due to my previous job, this was my first time at Wanxin, but the staff had an inexplicable warmth and genuine friendliness. It wasn't that fake, overly enthusiastic kind of service. The front desk was meticulous; I had called ahead to request a crib, and it was already set up when I checked in. The male and female staff at the swimming pool were both incredibly warm and attentive. Furthermore, I didn't even notice I had left my bracelet behind when checking out, but a lady named Rosy contacted me. She was polite and enthusiastic, helping me find a suitable way to retrieve my bracelet. I'm truly grateful! If I get the chance, I'll definitely recommend my friends book a room with Rosy! ^O^

Traveling with a child, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The sports center is fantastic! Besides a standard swimming pool, the changing rooms also have hot tubs, a sauna, and a lounge, open from 6 AM to 11 PM. My child loves swimming and barely showered in the room – the experience was superb. The service for kids is very thoughtful; it's not just one individual, but the overall service level is high. Lisa was very kind. The front desk gave us small gifts during check-in and check-out. The housekeeping staff, noticing we had a child, proactively asked if we needed extra water both days, and always brought four bottles. For dining, we visited the breakfast restaurant on the first floor and Xiang Palace on the second. Adding breakfast at the front desk for 99 CNY per person was more cost-effective than booking a room with breakfast included. The breakfast was decent, offering Lanzhou beef noodles and duck blood vermicelli soup, though the freshly squeezed juices weren't great. Xiang Palace is excellent; we ate there twice. A la carte can be pricey, but they now have more homely dishes. The dim sum buffet for brunch is incredible value for money. After our meal, the head chef even came out to ask for feedback on the taste – it definitely had that five-star quality vibe. The location is unbeatable, right next to Furama and New World, with convenient transportation. I was initially worried the facilities might be old, but they are actually very well maintained. During our stay, we saw staff trimming carpets and cleaning elevators. It's clear that competition in Dalian is fierce now. For this price during the off-season, I can only say it's absolutely impeccable and incredible value.

The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and quick to respond. The location was convenient for getting around, and it offered incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time! My check-in experience was superb! The rooms were spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with high-quality toiletries. The service was attentive but not intrusive, the soundproofing was excellent, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone!
