Getting around is incredibly convenient, whether by taxi, subway, or on foot. Riley's service shows a great attention to detail; even in seemingly minor things, you can feel the thoughtfulness. They called ahead to ask about my arrival time, confirmed the number of toiletries and slippers needed, and inquired about my preference for a higher or lower floor... The overall quietness of the hotel is excellent. Even during the National Day holiday when the hotel was fully booked and bustling with guests, I couldn't hear any noise in my room, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom was also super spacious, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. During my stay, I also tried the seafood buffet on the sixth floor of the hotel, which was fantastic. If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely come back for a second stay.

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍

It was my first time staying at a hotel of this caliber, and the service at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian is truly beyond reproach. They contacted us in advance, and knowing we were traveling with a child, they prepared a gift, a cake, and children's toiletries. They also upgraded our room; when we requested a high floor, they put us on the very top floor and gave us a buffet discount voucher, which allowed us to try their buffet dinner. While the selection wasn't huge, the quality was the best I've ever had, and the atmosphere was wonderfully generous. Even now, I can't get over the image of a man in his sixties loading up a whole plate of thick-cut salmon sashimi—probably weighing around a pound—and just going to town on it. Another highlight was that when we came back after taking our child out for the evening, the entire room had been completely tidied up. The experience was just fantastic. From now on, whenever I travel, Four Seasons Hotel Dalian will likely be my first choice wherever there is one.

Thanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

The Executive Floor service was meticulous and thoughtful, with personalized reception and well-arranged courtesies. The room was well-maintained, facilities were in excellent condition, and it was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The Executive Lounge had an elegant ambiance, a rich variety of food, and staff who were responsive and promptly handled any requests. The overall atmosphere was quiet and upscale, perfect for business travel. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into the Executive Floor's operation and pays close attention to details. The entire stay was relaxing and peaceful, very suitable for business trips, and definitely worth revisiting. Upon checking out during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk called and greeted guests in person, which was very heartwarming.

The overall stay exceeded our expectations! The environment was quiet and elegant, and the garden-style hot spring area was meticulously maintained. The hot spring water was natural and genuine, warm and soothing. After a soak, I felt completely relaxed, and all the fatigue from my journey vanished. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the private hot spring tub offered great privacy, which my child absolutely loved. The staff were warm, polite, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. The facilities were comprehensive. This place is perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

The Shangri-La Hotel Shenyang is truly a five-star hotel; it's high-end, elegant, and boasts complete and exquisite facilities. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, and despite being in the city center, it's peaceful and quiet. The service attitude is great, and they cater to guests' needs. I would definitely choose the Shangri-La Hotel again if I have the chance.

The scenery outside the river view room is particularly beautiful. Downstairs is the Liaohe River Leisure Trail. It is very convenient to go downstairs for a walk at night. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is always delicious and I have to visit it once or twice every time I stay. The breakfast was very good, with many flavors, but this time the coffee machine was broken and I didn't get any coffee. Fortunately, the coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also very delicious.

During our conversation, she thoughtfully noted my needs, proactively and kindly asked about my stay experience, and continuously reassured me. Her calm and professional approach made me feel completely at ease. What could have been a slightly unpleasant incident was entirely smoothed over by Alina's thorough and appropriate handling, dispelling all my worries. Aside from her excellent complaint resolution skills, the hotel itself was commendable in all aspects. The lobby decor was grand and elegant, the environment was consistently clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and quickly, providing warm and courteous service and clearly explaining all my check-in benefits. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and beverages all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. The hotel's public areas were well-maintained, and the fitness area was fully equipped, meeting all leisure needs.
