I stayed two nights in a row at the Shangri-La Dalian for this trip, and overall it was a great experience, with only two minor regrets. When I arrived and got out of the car, no concierge proactively offered to help with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff addressed me rather casually, calling me 'sis,' which lacked the appropriate professionalism for a five-star hotel. Aside from these two points, the room exceeded expectations. It didn't feel dated, was spacious and open, with plenty of natural light. All amenities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to visit the beach and shopping areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. For families with children, there was ample space and plenty of toys, so it never felt cramped. Toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. Although breakfast was busy, the crowd was managed in an orderly fashion. Overall, the hardware conditions are highly recommendable. I hope the hotel can refine its front office service details and standardize service etiquette. I would still prioritize choosing this hotel for future visits to Dalian.

The scenery outside the river view room is particularly beautiful. Downstairs is the Liaohe River Leisure Trail. It is very convenient to go downstairs for a walk at night. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is always delicious and I have to visit it once or twice every time I stay. The breakfast was very good, with many flavors, but this time the coffee machine was broken and I didn't get any coffee. Fortunately, the coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also very delicious.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They even thoughtfully gave us tips for exploring the area and upgraded us to a higher floor room for free! The room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. All the bathroom facilities were brand new. The public areas were also consistently maintained by staff, making the whole place feel very pleasant to walk around. During our stay, any request to the front desk was met with a super quick response. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this area, and I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip here.

This hotel clearly has a strong legacy of service. I stayed at the Dalian InterContinental years ago, and while the furniture and decor are showing a bit of age now, the service quality remains consistently excellent. This hotel is arguably one of the top five-star establishments in Yingkou's city center. It boasts a very spacious parking lot (and apparently, all parking in Yingkou is complimentary). It's conveniently situated right next to Lengyan Temple and also very close to Wanda Plaza. The deluxe king room I booked was quite large. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning sometimes gave off a strange odor at night, and I couldn't figure out why.

My stay in Dalian this time was absolutely fantastic, truly exceeding expectations. The weather was pleasantly mild and comfortable, with a refreshing sea breeze that wasn't too hot, making every walk outdoors incredibly enjoyable. Coupled with the hotel's thoughtful and attentive service, my entire trip felt twice as wonderful. The hotel staff's service was exceptionally high. The front desk team was professional and patient; whether I inquired about local attractions, transportation routes, or hotel amenities, they answered all my questions with detailed and clear explanations. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, with no delays or waiting throughout. The concierge department left an even stronger impression. As soon as I arrived, they proactively came forward to help with my luggage and guided me every step of the way. Any requests during my stay, like storing luggage when I went out or arranging luggage transfers, were handled with great ease. They were consistently warm and friendly, always willing to help with small details, showing genuine sincerity in every interaction. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for getting around. From the moment I stepped in until I checked out, I could feel the staff's genuine hospitality. It's perfectly suitable for both leisure and business travelers, offering excellent value for money and top-notch service.

The most pleasant surprise of my Tieling trip was undoubtedly the service at Tianxing Hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive, attentive but not bothersome. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and truly exceptional. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

This hotel is almost perfect! The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The location is great, with direct access to K11. A lady from the front desk provided excellent service – she was beautiful and kind, truly radiant. They even surprised my child with a little gift for their birthday, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and offered views of the Grand Theater. The buffet lunch is also highly recommended. All in all, everything was just wonderful! 👍

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. Flew to Dalian on ***** New Year's Eve. The business class flight tickets were cheap, and a sea-view suite at Hotel Nikko was affordable during the off-season. The front desk was standard, and the room was excellent. After some effort, I managed to book a New Year's Eve dinner. Fearing I might hold up the table for the next seating, I went early and ate quickly. I'm very grateful to the waitress who helped me pack up my leftovers; she kept reassuring me not to rush and to eat at my leisure. In fact, a family of three came and left behind me, perhaps finding it not worth the price. My solo meal cost 500 yuan, and I thought it was good. Vita Tao even came over and hugged me, giving me a horse figurine, which is auspicious. After that, I couldn't eat at Hotel Nikko anymore. So many unmentionable things happened during the process, haha. But the bread at Hotel Nikko was delicious. I borrowed a charging cable from the hotel. The hotel scissors were dirty, so I bought alcohol wipes to clean them myself. The housekeeping staff was great and proactively gave me extra bottled water. When checking out, after coordination with Trip.com, I was granted a late checkout until 4 PM. The hotel didn't rush me. However, someone at the front desk asked for a good review and came to look when I pulled out my phone to call a car, which was unpleasant. Good reviews should come naturally from guests who've had a good experience; asking for them is completely unnecessary.
