It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, offering thoughtful and punctual shuttle services. Everyone was friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. My room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and soft, clean bedding, which ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to attractions made sightseeing very convenient, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. There were also plenty of local dining options nearby. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Overall, it offered great value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel facilities are great, with a hot spring and comfortable rooms. We also booked a handpan experience and a photoshoot, both of which were good. The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the ski resort, with easy access to dining and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean, even the bathroom grout was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; not a sound disturbed us all night. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, checking us in super quickly and proactively recommending local hidden gems and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, there were plenty of charging outlets, hot water was readily available, and the toiletries were high-quality. The value for money is incredible; I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again for my next ski trip! **For Families:** Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling with kids! This place perfectly met our family's needs. The room was prepped with children's books and small toys, and our baby started playing happily the moment we walked in. Breakfast had special kids' tableware, and the staff even brought our child a small cake, such thoughtful details. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the amusement park, offers free parking, and free luggage storage, saving us the hassle of rushing with a child. The room was spacious, the bed height was suitable for children, and the cleanliness was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the baby touching things. All the staff were incredibly patient and gentle with children, making the entire stay stress-free. I'll bring my parents here next time! **For Business Travelers:** I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel for my business trip! It's in the heart of the city center, close to my work location, and within walking distance. The room's soundproofing was superb, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk was spacious and flat, with plenty of charging outlets around, so I could charge my laptop and phone simultaneously. The Wi-Fi speed was incredibly fast, with zero lag during video conferences. Breakfast opened at 7 AM, offering a wide variety of options that could be quickly picked up, ensuring I ate well even when catching an early flight. The front desk service was professional and efficient, helping me print documents quickly and clearly, and they also provided free tea and charging cable rental services. The overall experience was simple and practical, perfectly meeting my business travel needs. It’s definitely on my list of regular hotels for business trips! **For Romantic Getaways (Couples):** Our anniversary stay was full of delightful surprises! The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the common areas have a wonderful ambiance. Our room featured huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering direct views of the city at night. We had mentioned our anniversary to the hotel beforehand, and the room was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals. We also received a welcome fruit platter and a handwritten card, making the occasion feel truly special. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistently warm. The staff were gentle and soft-spoken, responding quickly to our needs, and they also recommended private local restaurants. The overall value for money was excellent, romantic and thoughtful. I've already recommended it to my couple friends, and we'll definitely come back for our next vacation! Would you like me to customize a glowing review based on specific details (like hotel features, length of stay, or key highlights)? I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain. Since we only had two days, it was a challenge to ensure our family could enjoy everything thoroughly. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with our choice. Firstly, the hotel isn't far from the Changbai Mountain entrance, and they offer direct shuttle service. The hot spring is right within the hotel, which was our first winter hot spring experience. It was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected during peak season. We went skiing on the day we checked in. We almost gave up because of the tight schedule – we arrived at 1 PM and the shuttle left at 1:30 PM. However, Mr. Zhang from the hotel encouraged us and actively helped our whole family (renting clothes, assisting with quick check-in procedures), and we had a great time. The small park behind the hotel was also fantastic; we fed animals and enjoyed small snow activities. We even built a little snowman in the park the next morning. As for food, breakfast was decent, but dinner à la carte was a bit pricey – you can spend as much or as little as you like.

Changchun Cherry Holiday Hotel is really good, especially in terms of hygiene. As soon as you enter the room, you will see a neat, orderly and clean environment. The trash cans are cleaned in time, and there is no residual garbage. The bedside cushions are full and clean, without stains. The green plants in the room are also full of vitality, with clean and green leaves, which shows that the maintenance staff also pay attention to hygiene when taking care of them. The hotel's all-round attention to hygiene made me very satisfied with my stay.

The check-in was very fast. Xinxue provided great service and upgraded the room. Because the Marriott benefits booked by Ctrip could not be used, they sent fruits after explaining, which was very heartwarming. The overall hotel environment is good and there is a heated swimming pool. Suggestion: since it is a hotel booked by Ctrip for parents and children, the children's supplies are only toothbrushes and slippers. I hope that children's shampoo, shower gel and bathrobes can be added in the future.

I highly recommend Huansen Guanzhi B&B. This is by far the best B&B experience I've ever had. My review is guaranteed to be authentic and not an advertisement: 1. The B&B is located within the Enduli commercial district, with a wide array of shopping and dining options. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle service, ensuring a seamless journey from the train station directly to the B&B's doorstep. 2. The B&B's amenities are exceptionally comprehensive: they offer a fantastic breakfast with various self-service options, freshly cooked noodles, coffee, and other beverages. Furthermore, there's an outdoor hot spring, providing an excellent experience in winter where the air temperature is -25°C while the water is a comfortable 40°C. 3. The staff at the B&B were incredibly warm and provided very prompt assistance. Whether it was the shuttle service, helping with our luggage, or doing laundry, everything was handled efficiently and promptly, which we greatly appreciated. 4. The room facilities themselves are excellent. The bedding in our room type was very clean, and they even provided various Changbai Mountain specialty beverages. When we wanted to brew some tea, the owner even offered his personal tea set. Our room type also had a small balcony, offering a wonderful view for relaxation. The B&B provides L'Occitane toiletries, which contributed to a very pleasant bathing experience.

Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

NNina_QuPark Hyatt Changbaishan | The Pros and Cons of a Family Ski Trip We recently took our two kids to Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and were warmly welcomed right from check-in – the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a main building room with an extra bed, understanding our family's needs, which saved us a lot of hassle! The outdoor balcony of our suite was a hidden gem, offering incredible views. We watched the sunrise over the snowy mountains with clouds rolling in, and during the day, we could see people skiing on the slopes – truly immersing us in the snowy atmosphere. The hotel amenities were also very convenient; we could rent ski equipment right downstairs at the snow house, and there was even a mini Bognar counter to browse. Being so close to the ski resort was a huge plus. However, there were a few minor issues. The direct ski-out slope was better suited for beginner snowboarders. As dual-boarders, we had to walk down to the mountain base, and then trudge back in heavy ski boots after skiing, adding an extra 30 minutes of 'cardio workout' – which really detracted from the experience. The outdoor hot springs were definitely a lifesaver in winter, but our slippers kept getting lost. Walking barefoot on the freezing ground was quite unpleasant! Calling for service also took a long time to get a response, which was disappointing. The room facilities also showed some 'signs of age.' The iron screw on the wooden door next to the bathtub was rusted and detached. When we reported it to housekeeping, we were simply told to 'leave it as is.' The sharp corners of the table by the sofa in the living room led to our child accidentally scratching their leg. Staff only symbolically put on corner protectors after the incident, showing a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and many dishes had to be ordered à la carte. This could affect dining efficiency, especially when rushing to get the kids to ski early. Overall, the hotel's location and basic services are commendable, but there's significant room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and detailed service. We hope for a better experience next time.

Jjiudou1994My stay at the Beidahu Million Stone Onsen Hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and minor annoyances. First, I have to praise the VIP cable car – it made getting to the slopes incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time by avoiding long queues. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, making for a very satisfying start to the day. My biggest thanks, however, go to the hotel butler. From coordinating my itinerary before check-in to giving helpful tips upon departure, they were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay. They responded promptly to every request and helped me resolve quite a few issues. However, the one thing that really bothered me was the front desk service. Whenever I encountered a problem, they consistently pushed responsibility and tasks onto the butler. It made the customer experience feel disjointed – am I supposed to plan my entire stay around the butler's schedule? I sincerely hope the hotel streamlines its front desk procedures and improves inter-departmental cooperation so that their excellent butler service isn't let down by other areas! [Handshake]

SshanAs an old five-star hotel, apart from the manager at the lobby entrance who had a good attitude, the rest of the staff were really disappointing. The person who checked us in immediately changed their expression when they saw we were only staying one night. They didn't bother to tell us anything about breakfast or how to arrange skiing. The person handling the ski passes seemed to be in a bad mood, perhaps on their period, and was very unfriendly. In comparison, the breakfast service was the best. We understand that your hotel has been open for a long time and some facilities are a bit old, so we won't quibble about that. However, the balcony door and window don't close properly, and with temperatures at -30 degrees Celsius, the wind seeped through the cracks all night, making it chilly. The room temperature barely reached 18 degrees Celsius, which, thankfully, was still somewhat manageable for us southerners who are used to damp and cold weather 🤭. For an international five-star hotel costing almost 3000 a night, this is quite embarrassing.

Despite the crowds, the hotel's operations were efficient, and check-in at the front desk was smooth and hassle-free, which we greatly appreciated. The facilities are comprehensive, with the bathtub and double vanity design being a particularly impressive feature. Breakfast offered a wide and varied spread, and dinner was exceptional value for money. The seafood was unbelievably fresh – definitely a highlight worth experiencing! The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's conveniently close to both the West Station and the popular 'influencer wall'. It was truly a delightful and surprising find on our journey!
