It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!
Love this hotel! Thank you Ms. Xinxin for arranging everything for us. Even though, the staff cannot speak English much but they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is various choice. The room is warm and well-decorated. The hot spring is just amazing, they have both indoor and outdoor. The entance to Changbaishan mountain park is nearby the hotel.
The moment you step into this hotel, you feel instantly transported away from the city's hustle and bustle. Located within Beihu National Wetland Park, it's a true vacation oasis.
The architectural aesthetics of the hotel are stunning. It doesn't strive for overt luxury but instead embodies a sense of understated, tranquil Eastern charm throughout. It blends the delicate grace of Jiangnan water towns with the elegant style of classical Ming and Qing architecture. Even in winter, the snow-covered northern landscape outside the windows creates a beautiful contrast with the warm, Zen-like atmosphere inside.
I was particularly impressed by the hotel's expression of culture and art, such as the origami art installation in the lobby, inspired by the Siberian tiger – it's creatively beautiful.
The hotel service maintains Banyan Tree's consistently high quality, but with an added layer of sincerity and warmth unique to Northeast China.
The hotel is quite large, offering 24-hour shuttle service. The best part is that in the frozen winter, you can experience a variety of ice and snow activities.
To put it simply: great decor, spacious rooms, attentive and warm service, plenty of ice and snow activities nearby that kids absolutely love. The breakfast selection is also extensive and very good.
This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the ski resort, with easy access to dining and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean, even the bathroom grout was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; not a sound disturbed us all night. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, checking us in super quickly and proactively recommending local hidden gems and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, there were plenty of charging outlets, hot water was readily available, and the toiletries were high-quality. The value for money is incredible; I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again for my next ski trip!
**For Families:**
Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling with kids! This place perfectly met our family's needs. The room was prepped with children's books and small toys, and our baby started playing happily the moment we walked in. Breakfast had special kids' tableware, and the staff even brought our child a small cake, such thoughtful details. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the amusement park, offers free parking, and free luggage storage, saving us the hassle of rushing with a child. The room was spacious, the bed height was suitable for children, and the cleanliness was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the baby touching things. All the staff were incredibly patient and gentle with children, making the entire stay stress-free. I'll bring my parents here next time!
**For Business Travelers:**
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel for my business trip! It's in the heart of the city center, close to my work location, and within walking distance. The room's soundproofing was superb, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk was spacious and flat, with plenty of charging outlets around, so I could charge my laptop and phone simultaneously. The Wi-Fi speed was incredibly fast, with zero lag during video conferences. Breakfast opened at 7 AM, offering a wide variety of options that could be quickly picked up, ensuring I ate well even when catching an early flight. The front desk service was professional and efficient, helping me print documents quickly and clearly, and they also provided free tea and charging cable rental services. The overall experience was simple and practical, perfectly meeting my business travel needs. It’s definitely on my list of regular hotels for business trips!
**For Romantic Getaways (Couples):**
Our anniversary stay was full of delightful surprises! The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the common areas have a wonderful ambiance. Our room featured huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering direct views of the city at night. We had mentioned our anniversary to the hotel beforehand, and the room was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals. We also received a welcome fruit platter and a handwritten card, making the occasion feel truly special. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistently warm. The staff were gentle and soft-spoken, responding quickly to our needs, and they also recommended private local restaurants. The overall value for money was excellent, romantic and thoughtful. I've already recommended it to my couple friends, and we'll definitely come back for our next vacation!

If it's your first time visiting, don't hesitate to book this place. They'll take care of everything for you, but make sure to contact the hotel in advance – and I mean *definitely* in advance. You can ask your butler for recommendations on local attractions, how to get there, how to buy tickets, and even how to hail a taxi. They also offer free train station pick-up and drop-off to the scenic area entrance, free skiing, and free hot spring access. If you need a car temporarily, they can arrange one for you (at your own expense), so no worries at all. And the hot springs – you *must* go! Their hot springs are natural and located right within the scenic area. Soaking in the hot springs while it's snowing is truly wonderful. If you avoid weekends and holidays, it's not even crowded.
Changchun Cherry Holiday Hotel is really good, especially in terms of hygiene. As soon as you enter the room, you will see a neat, orderly and clean environment. The trash cans are cleaned in time, and there is no residual garbage. The bedside cushions are full and clean, without stains. The green plants in the room are also full of vitality, with clean and green leaves, which shows that the maintenance staff also pay attention to hygiene when taking care of them. The hotel's all-round attention to hygiene made me very satisfied with my stay.

The check-in was very fast. Xinxue provided great service and upgraded the room. Because the Marriott benefits booked by Ctrip could not be used, they sent fruits after explaining, which was very heartwarming. The overall hotel environment is good and there is a heated swimming pool. Suggestion: since it is a hotel booked by Ctrip for parents and children, the children's supplies are only toothbrushes and slippers. I hope that children's shampoo, shower gel and bathrobes can be added in the future.

I highly recommend Huansen Guanzhi B&B. This is by far the best B&B experience I've ever had. My review is guaranteed to be authentic and not an advertisement:
1. The B&B is located within the Enduli commercial district, with a wide array of shopping and dining options. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle service, ensuring a seamless journey from the train station directly to the B&B's doorstep.
2. The B&B's amenities are exceptionally comprehensive: they offer a fantastic breakfast with various self-service options, freshly cooked noodles, coffee, and other beverages. Furthermore, there's an outdoor hot spring, providing an excellent experience in winter where the air temperature is -25°C while the water is a comfortable 40°C.
3. The staff at the B&B were incredibly warm and provided very prompt assistance. Whether it was the shuttle service, helping with our luggage, or doing laundry, everything was handled efficiently and promptly, which we greatly appreciated.
4. The room facilities themselves are excellent. The bedding in our room type was very clean, and they even provided various Changbai Mountain specialty beverages. When we wanted to brew some tea, the owner even offered his personal tea set. Our room type also had a small balcony, offering a wonderful view for relaxation. The B&B provides L'Occitane toiletries, which contributed to a very pleasant bathing experience.

Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior.
Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in.
The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues).
Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality!
This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized.
The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up.
If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

MM449380****The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat – very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.
SSwingSS.Had a fantastic week-long holiday at Park Hyatt. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a villa suite, which was very spacious and had excellent heating.
The skiing experience was great! Park Hyatt has its own dedicated slopes, which were much less crowded than the Wanda side.
However, the service quality of the hotel staff was incredibly inconsistent! The front desk at the ski house was very helpful; they managed to find my lost hat, helmet, and gloves. On the other hand, some other staff members had a terrible service attitude, secretly discussing female guests who were out alone. During breakfast, the female staff member who was supposed to register room numbers just kept smiling at me without helping, and when I asked what was so funny, she completely ignored me 😃. My friend, who was staying with me, arrived two days later than me. Despite my prior instructions, she faced huge difficulties checking in because the front desk had completely forgotten what I'd told them and wouldn't let her in. I eventually had to interrupt my ski lesson to pick her up. Speechless 😑. It just goes to show that the excellence of one staff member can't cover up the shortcomings of others.
P.S. The Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious 😋

XXiaohuihuibuhuifeiThis hotel boasts a prime location, making it the top choice for skiing at Beidahu! While you can't ski in and out directly, there's a convenient connecting corridor to the ski lodge, which is very handy.
The hotel rooms are also quite new, with a cozy atmosphere and a high-quality decor. The mini-bar is complimentary, and the facilities are impeccable.
Although the room rates can be over a thousand or even several thousand, it's actually quite a good value when you consider what's included. The hotel provides ski equipment and helmets, which would cost several hundred to rent otherwise. So, when you factor that in, the pure accommodation cost offers excellent value for money!
Finally, and arguably the best part of the experience, is the hotel staff. They are very enthusiastic, respond to requests promptly, and thoughtfully introduce various activities. They're always quick to respond to any issues – truly commendable!
In summary, this hotel is perfect for those who seek a bit of quality without spending an excessive amount. It's also ideal for beginner skiers. Staying at this hotel and skiing at Beidahu provides a truly top-tier starting point, full of great experiences. You'll definitely want to come back for more!

LlilsheepWe had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help.
Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily.
We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold.
Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.
QQingdenghongchenkeAugust was peak season, and the area was bustling with people. Despite the crowds, the hotel's operations were efficient, and check-in at the front desk was smooth and hassle-free, which we greatly appreciated. The facilities are comprehensive, with the bathtub and double vanity design being a particularly impressive feature. Breakfast offered a wide and varied spread, and dinner was exceptional value for money. The seafood was unbelievably fresh – definitely a highlight worth experiencing! The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's conveniently close to both the West Station and the popular 'influencer wall'. It was truly a delightful and surprising find on our journey!
SsydghazThe room was super nice!! Very clean
We stayed there for two days. The tableware and supplies were very complete. The living room and master bedroom were equipped with air conditioners
There were karaoke and billiard mahjong. We brought two children (not playing with mobile phones but playing other things was not boring)
There were iron pots and barbecue stoves. The table in the yard was also super big. We had three or four meals and the atmosphere was super good
The boss lady was very enthusiastic and tried to provide everything she could. She also gave me a souvenir mobile phone chain (made by myself)
In short! It's worth it. The whole family was busy, chattering, playing, singing and eating together
(After this experience, I decided to change to a house with a yard)
