extremely friendly and helpful staff that will answer any of your questions or queries with a warm smile. room was clean and spacious with strong air conditioning, towels and tissues as well as free bottles of water, small snacks and soft drinks were replenished everyday. they also provided free laundry services. overall had an amazing time and stay at la viein hotel, would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will go back if i were to visit chengdu again!

I come to Sichuan for mountain climbing many times every year, and I only stay near Baicao Road when I land in Chengdu. This time I chose Crowne Plaza. The fatigue after climbing the mountain was perfectly relieved in this hotel. It is very comfortable in all aspects. The service of Xiaoyu, the front desk staff, is also very kind. The whole hotel is super nice. I will only stay in this hotel in the future.

I came here for an exam. The room was clean and the service was very good. I had very high requirements for the room. The room was very quiet to avoid poor sleep. I also received an eye mask and ear plugs at the front desk. I didn't use the ear plugs, but I asked for the link for the eye mask and continued to use it when I got home. Overall, it was very good👍

Yes, we arrived late that day, and because we had to go to Dujiangyan the next day, we got off the plane from Tianfu, so we found this restaurant on the way we had to go, so we didn't have to take a detour, which was very good.

Room was great. Breakfast spread was good. Combination of local and western. They have coffee machine that provides for takeaway, convenient for the on-the-go. Located at the outer 3.5 ring from centre of Chengdu. We stayed here for 1 night before heading north west.

I had a one-night layover in Chengdu for something, and unexpectedly I had such a great experience. The hotel is very close to Chengdu West Railway Station, and it takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. The surrounding area is very, very quiet. The entire hotel was just renovated this year, and all the facilities are very new. The room was very very clean and had an air purifier. The service staff were also very enthusiastic. Although I was injured and inconvenient, they still cared about us in various ways. It was a perfect living experience.

This family hotel far exceeded my expectations. First of all, the traffic is very convenient. It is near the subway entrance. The front desk staff is very warm. The ladies are very kind. They are very serious about eating and giving you directions. Secondly, this hotel actually has laundry service. This is really good. I personally feel that Biado is good. It shows that this hotel is very serious about serving. Breakfast again is not bad, there are quite a lot of things to eat, there are rice noodles, hot and cold.

Location a bit confuse , actually location not far from bus station..front desk ok.but not too friendly mybe language barier .. not very helpfull we at first difficult finding bus stafion we took taxi only found out is at the back only 😏. Not easy to find halal food..
