My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu North Station truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is right next to Chengdu North Railway Station, just a five to six-minute walk to the entrance. Metro Lines 1 and 7 are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient for high-speed rail transfers. Getting to Jinniu Wanda for dining and shopping is also just a short walk away. The room had the standard clean and fresh style of an IHG property – no dust in the corners, no strange smells from the bedding, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent; with the window closed at night, it was very quiet, allowing me to fall asleep instantly after a long day. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and proactively informed me about the free luggage storage, which was great for exploring a bit more after check-out. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, with a practical made-to-order noodle station and coffee, perfect for a hearty meal before heading out. For its price point, the cleanliness, location, and service are all top-notch. I highly recommend it for business trips or travel transfers; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This consideration is even more touching than the abundance of food itself. For this price point, to have such service and environment truly makes it a rare value-for-money choice.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations on where to explore around Chengdu. They helped receive our delivery and sent it up to our room. They were really patient with all our requests. The location is just a few steps from the metro station. The room was clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff would greet us and check if we needed anything or wanted the room cleaned. There’s also laundry service available. Breakfast had a good variety of both local and Western options, so we never had to worry about what to eat in the morning. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Location: Take the escalator out of Saiyuntai Subway Exit C and walk to the left in front of GreenTree Inn. The hotel elevator is shared, but you have to swipe your room card to go upstairs, which is safe. It is also close to major attractions. You just have to transfer to the subway. It takes a lot of time on the subway. Environment & Sanitation: The room has been upgraded. So the room type is not small. The bed is quite big. Then there is a balcony and a place to hang clothes. Guests can use the laundry room for free. It has a dryer. Then the room is clean overall. The toilet has dry and wet separation. Then the shower head seems to be unscrewed. The room can be controlled by Xiaodu. Soundproofing is also OK. Service: I like the lady who cooks noodles in the breakfast depar**ent. She is so warm and cute! Then the other staff are also good. Then every day we will put a lot of mineral water in the room, which is good. The delivery is also timely. Overall, it is very cost-effective and I would recommend it to others.

This is the best hotel in the location. It's 200 meters from the subway, has bus stops right outside, and taxis are readily available. The service is much better than other hotels, the price is reasonable, the environment is elegant and quiet, the facilities are complete, the front desk service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the hotel's location is convenient. There are plenty of snacks, skewers, hot pot, and other Chinese restaurants nearby. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The air conditioning wasn't noisy, hot water came quickly, and the bathroom had no strange odors. Soundproofing was also good, so we slept soundly at night. Breakfast had a rich variety, with hot food, noodle stations, and fruits all replenished promptly. We could also store our luggage upon checkout, and the staff would always greet us when they saw us. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with attention to detail, suitable for business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.
