I found a hotel where we stayed for New Year's Eve 2016 much better than that time. Employees are doing their best, they care a lot about cleanliness. Facilities are good. We think it deserves a higher rating. Food wasn't bad at all

We came to the hotel at the beginning of June and came back because of its proximity to Cunda and the beauty of the sea. However, the hotel was extremely dirty and neglected. Tables, general areas and sunbeds were not usable. There are glasses and plates full of leftovers from the previous day on the tables of the cafes, and the general cleaning of the area is terrible. The working children are always walking around indifferently, with cigarettes in their mouths, they are rude and indifferent. September fatigue I guess. The concept has narrowed and the variety of snacks and meals has decreased. There was a smell that could be felt in the sea, and the sea was murky. The only positive change compared to June was that they upgraded our room and gave us a sea view room. I came twice in one season, but I don't think I will come again, I do not recommend it..

The hotel has a parking lot. It is a true family hotel. We were at the hotel with my daughter around 6.30 in the morning and they said that our room was ready and that we could have breakfast and go to our room if we wanted. The location is great, if you do not have a car, you can go to Cundaya and Ayvalık by minibuses in front of the hotel. We were at the hotel with my mother at 6.15 in the morning. Luckily, our room was empty, so they took us to our room immediately. Breakfast was open as a Japanese tourist group was leaving the hotel that morning. The receptionist friend said that we could have breakfast and then go to our room. Our room had a side view of the sea. I can't believe it is written that the rooms are clean, but sometimes the steps are dirty. Because the rooms are cleaned every morning. Please be merciful. In many hotels, they are cleaned every two days. There are people who dislike the food. I really wonder what we eat at home. There is a walking path on the beach side of the hotel. You can walk in the cool evening. We had the opportunity to meet Cem, the General Manager of the hotel, this season. He is a truly solution-oriented, friendly, caring general manager who wants customer satisfaction to be at the highest level. The employees are so friendly and talkative that they were all like my brothers. They called my mother, too, for 9 days. I had the opportunity to watch them. Those who work in bars and restaurants are our children, they come from every corner of our country. It would be nice if we could treat them a little more devotedly. They are not our servants!
