The hotel was nice, refurbished and cosy. The location was good for visiting museums and restaurants areas, while it was a little far to get to the city center. The room was good with a new bathroom, high ceiling, comfortable bed and access to the balcony. The only negative note was the absence of bottled water and a fridge (we had to leave every time our drinks and food to the lobby). All considered, we would recommend staying in this hotel!

Good location, rooms decent. Rain shower was a let down, not enough water pressure and no closet to store items in room.

It’s was a nice stay, just a few minutes rides of rail bus to the city center. Good value, and friendly front desks

We were quite disappointed with this hotel. Despite reserving months in advance and prepaying and checking in at an appropriate time we received one of the worst rooms where it was like an attic and barely has any natural light or space to move around. The hotel is quite dated as well and not well kept in our opinion. The breakfast was superb however.

Location was really good and hotel was nice looking stayed at the first floor and the have an elevator but I enjoyed going up and down those amsterdam steps everyday.

The hotel is perfectly fine. Perhaps the room could use a place to store belongings. But otherwise, it's clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is good.

Bed is comfortable and bedsheet is clean but the small is very small. Cupboards and the headboard aren’t too clean, a bit dusty. Shower is clogged makes the water cannot go away easily. But overall, the stay is alright. Stayed for 5 nights on and off in total.
