The location is exceptional, otherwise, nothing much to choose or for. Most of the staff are friendly but you get an occasional rude youngster who hate their job. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the receptionist gaslighted me about hot water in the shower, which I didn’t have for 3 days. Brown stained towels should be disposed. I arrived at my room with paper towels floating, not flushed. Drilling and knocking were nonstop all day from 08:30 in the morning on a Saturday.

The service of this hotel is very good. Even if we arrive early, the front desk will help us check if there are any remaining rooms so that we can check in early. The city tax is also included in the hotel fee in advance, which is very considerate.
The room is not small, the bathroom is bright and spacious, and the patterns of Van Gogh's works on the wall make the whole room look very happy! Moreover, each room has a capsule coffee machine, which is a plus for me as a coffee lover!
As for the hotel's location, it is close to the rikjsmuseum and Van Gogh museum, and there is a tram outside the door, which is very convenient for tourists.

We loved that it is so close to the museums and was steps away from the celebration in the area for the festive for the end of the year.
The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it for families.

The hotel is very close to so many things. It's a short walk from the bus stop from the airport and from the museums including the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. I got the extra small room which was intended for one person.
It was still spacious for me and my luggage, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.
