Холодно, грязно, одеяла рваные, мебель поломаная, старая, телевизоры древние, душевая кабинка может прибить отваливающейся дверью, вода в душе, горячая идет 3-4 минуты, потом теплпя потом еле теплая... шкафы падучие... Если вы поселились и захотите съехать из этого дома ужасов то, деньги вам не вернут! Кухня одна на пять этажей. Очень не уютное место, дизайн прошлого века, вай-фай только на рисепшине в номера не поступает... Цену таким номерам я бы дала максимум 4т. Не больше. Не советую.

Да, красивое здание. Правда, видавшее виды. ЧДа, есть мангал во дворе. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Кондиционер и холодильник работали у нас плохо. У соседей морозили оба как надо. Воды на верхних этажах нет с утра до ночи (вроде как напора не хватает, но это же можно исправить при желании). Сушилка одна на этаж, домашняя такая, раскладная, но еë хватало. Во дворе один стол. Столы есть в "баре", как и чайник там же один на весь отель. Лифт не работает. Бассейна там не увидели. Постельное и полотенца старые явно, местами с пятнами (но полотенца я всегда свои только вожу). Матрасы на 50% тоже старые, пружины сильно чувствуются. За эти же деньги можно отдохнуть в хостеле с большими удобствами. Сюда точно больше никогда не приедем и никому не советуем.
