The towels and sheets are worn out, lights are dim, the refrigerator is broken. The chairs are hollow in the center not convenient if you we're from a long travel.

Stayed 7 nights. 1st room was not so great, up 2 flights of stairs, bit small, a/c noisy and not quite up to the task. However, the staff were very helpful and I upgraded for the rest of my stay for a reasonable fee, around P100 per night. Great room, ground floor. Close enough to everything. All round a good stay. The 11.00 am check out is a big negative for me and I am sad to see this creeping in to hotels in Asia. I loved the contrast of a 12.00 noon check out and relaxed even at that, compared to the mega uptight 10.00 am in Oz.

Located not far from Walking Street.
There's road traffic outside that prevents from sleeping.
The place is small but comfortable. We had an anteroom and a small kitchen. The ceiling is high. The washroom small, and water flow was weak. There's a real small balcony in the bedroom.
The pool is small, and the water was not really clean.
The price was low. Not a bad place to stay longer.

The pictures look better (than in reality), the air conditioner could only be pulled out of the socket to turn it on or off (the towel had stains ((If you take it, it’s for one night). The staff is friendly

The hotel is very old, I do not recommend living there. The floor is very shabby. And everything is falling off (shelves, cabinets). I advise you to take a closer look at the neighboring hotels.

We stayed in the hotel for a day. We came from New Clark City, where we participated in the veterans' track and field competition. We chose one closer to Clark SM to make it more convenient to go to Manila airport. If you walk, then SM Clark is less than 1500 m away.
The staff greeted us kindly and helped us bring our things into the room.
Presidential Suite is a great name for the room. The furniture and household appliances are very old and noisy.
The room consists of two levels: on the ground floor there is a dining area, toilet and shower, on the second there is a bedroom.
There is an electric stove in the kitchen, but we didn’t use it, we only heated tea. There is a refrigerator in which we hid all the food from insects.
Bed linen is clean. two double beds. There are sconces and sockets for charging phones above the beds.
Bonus - there are large cockroaches running around on the first floor and there are a lot of small ants in the toilet.
The shower has cold and hot water and a set of towels.
There is a small pool with cool water in the lobby. There is a table and chairs for a comfortable rest.
For a short trip, budget accommodation, the conditions correspond to the price. :

It's an old, run-down hotel right next to Prime Asia.
It is a 3-story hotel and there is no elevator.
There is still no one using it, but there is a swimming pool
This is a hotel on the first floor.
There is also a massage shop at the entrance of the hotel and a 7-Eleven convenience store 3-4 minutes away. Internet in the room is good.
There is a small but expensive Korean restaurant across from the hotel.
The room is very spacious and comfortable to use, but the air conditioner, bedding, and furniture are outdated rooms.
No free water, toothpaste or toothbrush
Only towels and soap provided.
The biggest drawback, if you get a room on the road side, you can't sleep because it's noisy from the noise of motorcycles and cars.
