Everything is good, clean, comfortable bed, but except for the reception lady who was on duty on the Sep. 4th morning time, she standed on the left side on the front reception desk. Her attitude shouldn't be qualified for being a reception worker in a hotel, no smile, so rude to answer my questions. We paid and checked in on September 1st, and booked two nights more online from Sep.2nd to Sep.4th. But she gave us an invoice with a value of one night at 4500Tl but check in time is Sep. 2nd, check out time is Sep.4th, this is a totally wrong and she didn't say any apologizes, no smile, so rude to ask us to listen to her. We told her clearly that we don't need the invoice from Sep.2nd to Sep.,4th, we just need the invoice we paid for Sep.1st.
The night before the day, same situation, same system issue, but a guy in the reception was so polite, so professional to explain me, he fully understood what I said. And he said that he will ask his manager to modify.
