This was by far the best hotel of our entire trip. The rooms were clean and the staff were very attentive. I booked it for 5600 rubles, and breakfast was a buffet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and a great variety. The views were simply stunning. It's also very well located.

The room was spotless, and the facilities were brand new. The breakfast area downstairs looked lovely during the day. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, and parking right outside on the street was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful!

Stayed after a long journey, so slightly frazzled travellers! Easy to check in 24 hours reception and staff with good English. Nice, clean and modern room but had to dock a star off cleanliness because the bathroom smelled of urine, even though it was clean. Breakfast was mediocre.

Everything was great, except for the wall-mounted air conditioner blowing too strongly directly onto the bed. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but I found a solution: I hung a towel over the air conditioner.

The hotel was average overall. The location was convenient, but the facilities could be improved. The room was small. The staff were polite, but the service was inconsistent and slower than expected. With improvements in customer service, this hotel could provide a much better experience.

The hotel was really good. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, warm, comfortable, and very clean. It would be the perfect hotel if they had food service for lunch and dinner as they only have a breakfast service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
