Extended the booking for a night and the staff were extremely helpful. Checked if we wanted new linens, housekeeping timings ect. Fantastic service; the room is worth every penny you have to spend on it.

The room was very clean and spacious. There were thoughtful snacks and fruits as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was also very rich. The staff member Xiao Han was very enthusiastic in service. It was a very good experience!

Good experience, The attentive staff ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. The rooms were impeccably kept with all the necessary amenities. My day got off to a great start with a tasty and plentiful breakfast buffet. As a frequent traveler who relies on taxis, I can't speak to the traffic convenience, but I can confirm that the hotel's entrance provides convenient drop-off and pick-up points for cars.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel. The shower adjustment in the bathroom is very user-friendly, and it is convenient for both the elderly and children to adapt. Personally, I feel that Orange Crystal is better than Atour where I stayed before.

I was told by several locals this is the best hotel to stay at in Jiaxing and it did not disappoint. The location is prime, right next to the major attractions, with several shops nearby. I even got a haircut nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I barely speak any Chinese. The room was very clean, spacious, and all amenities were included. The breakfast was a buffet both western and Chinese style so I was able to have my usual eggs, bacon and toast. If I’m in Jiaxing again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Spring, summer, autumn and winter, I come to Yuehe in every season. Yuehe Inn is right in the scenic area, with convenient travel and friendly service as always. The weekend was fully booked. This time I experienced the river view room. The room was very exquisite, with retro and attentive decoration. The only drawback was that it was close to the bar. I was so lucky that I encountered the ”tone-deaf” noise. I changed the room the next day. The bathroom had a bathtub and the room had a large round table, which was full of technology. Although the breakfast was not as good as during the Chinese New Year, the variety was equally rich. The only choice for staying in Yuehe. I have stayed in 5 different rooms, and there were small surprises every time. It is very cost-effective and worth staying!

Jiaxing Yuehe Wangyuan Hotel is located near Yuehe Old Street. It takes about 5-6 minutes to walk to the old street. The overall service of the hotel is good, they can respond in time, and they also give breakfast coupons (the small wontons for breakfast are not very delicious) , others are OK); What I particularly impressed was that the shower 🚿 had a relatively large amount of water and the TV was relatively large (but I couldn’t adjust the TV channel); overall it was cost-effective. There were many snack bars around the hotel, but I was in Yuehe Lao I was very satisfied with the food at a local fish head pot restaurant on the street. The vegetables were also very fresh. It was crowded with people that day and there were many bars on weekends. The only bad thing about the hotel was that the carpet in the elevator was very dirty.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

Very new hotel, not far from Nanhu scenic spot. The bedding is great, I slept soundly, parking is convenient, you can park on the ground or underground, the staff's service awareness is also good, and their attitude is very nice. It would be better if the breakfast could be richer.

The hotel service is quite good. There is a receptionist to guide you at the door. The front desk staff is very patient and meticulous. After checking in, I found that the room I booked was too cold. I was shivering in the bed and it was cold. The quilt was just like a refrigerator. After communicating with the front desk and the housekeeping department, someone was sent to deal with it immediately. Although the room type was downgraded, it was not cold at least. In this process, I can clearly feel that the hotel is working hard to deal with it. The service attitude is very good and deserves praise. But I still hope that the hotel can solve the problem that the room is too big to heat. As a customer, it is not the customer's problem that the room is too cold because of the large room. The hotel can put a heater to increase the heating to solve the problem of the cold room. In general, I am still very satisfied. I like the hotel management. All the staff serve with a smile and greet. Because the quality of the employees is professionally trained, they have the ability to solve problems.
