We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

Great service with attention to detail. Staff are very hospitable. Rooms are amazing. The view from the room is breath taking. I'll stay there just for the view. We tried the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. As a foreigner I got to try Ethiopian classics. Thank you for the kind service.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff is very receptive , and welcoming. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Good activities for the children inaddition to the swimming pool. The are rooms are very nice expecially the connecting rooms for family.

My sister was there for ten days she had an amazing stay, she said that everything is perfect, starting from the view, the room service, the food taste, and most importantly they surprised on her birthday. I really recommend this place because everything they do, they do it professionally. and I want to thank on behalf of my sister, the front office team for their charming hospitality. special thanks to Mr. Yihun, Mrs. Atitegeb and Mrs. Hiwot for making her stay unforgetable. If there is a “must visit” place in Ethiopia it is the city of Arba Minch and THE place to stay is Haile Resort. The resort is extremely comfortable, safe, and guests are treated with incredible hospitality. Hiwet, the guest agent is one of the kindest and most professional humans we have yet met.
