Hotel Goa Continental

We booked this hotel on previous reviews and location from *******. On arrival the first 4 rooms we were offered had major faults which included, lighting that wouldn't switch off. Broken air con. Broken fridge. Generally each room was disgusting and dirty. Mouldy pillows dirty bedding and towels aling with filthy showers. One room was basically a cupboard it had no windows at all. We wanted to change hotels but they refused a refund. We had booked for a month and had no choice but to stay or forfeit our money ***ager eventually said he would get us new towels pillows and bedding and would get the room fully cleaned We agreed to give it a go..... Every day repeatedly we had problems no towels no toilet roll and no cleaning it was beyond a joke The swimming pool was dirty disgusting colour and oil floating on the surface Our balcony had no view it was obstructed by a green debris netting that was hanging We put up with this hotel for 2 weeks then we checked out and paid again for another hotel that was 100 % better. This is not a 3* hotel this is a hostel! where the staff are untrained in cleanliness/ cleaning and general hotel standards. The only redeeming quality was the room service I had to use when hubby was sick. The food was excellent and tasty and the restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful. I was actually totally shocked how good the food was Avoid this hotel and don't waste your money , a Goan dormouse would have better quality and standard

The photos of this hotel are a little misleading. The property is not as nice as shown but we were very happy there. The room was large and we had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was comfortable. There is no "safe" as in a physical box to store your valuables but the room is very safe I was assured. Cameras on corridors and no one goes in except you unless you ask for cleaning. We were there over Diwali and the hotel was quiet at night even on the big night. On our last day we left at 5.15am and commented about the noise all night from group who checked in the day before. The reception *** said he had already had numerous complaints about them. Excellent location for us. We did not eat in the hotel but it is an easy walk into "town". Reception staff were very helpful and efficient when we asked for things. Extra pillow, clean the mud we had just dragged in, extra tea for room etc. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Fridge and kettle in the room are a bonus.

Trip to Goa-Fantastic Newly Renovated Hotel Nice, good hospitality of staff, breakfast and dinner was good. Smiling Staff specially the Chef, only slow check-in & check out process. Room was clean and with big Balcony Pool Facing. Pool was the best thing. We will definitely come here again Next time. Hope you guys give better price to repeat guests. One of the best hotels i have stayed in my life. Staff was very good & Friendly. Rooms were very good i stayed there for a week, bathrooms were very clean. Swimming pool was clean and Food was amazing Chef has done a great work he has some magic in his hands. The best part of the hotel is its Location Baga beach, Anjuna beach calangute beach is near by its surrounded with 3 to 4 beaches nearby. I would recommend this hotel to every one please visit once., I had a Great experience..

It was a fantastic stay at Hotel Goa Continental. I had enjoyed a lot their with my friends. Food was very scrumptious and they have multi cuisine restaurant . In addition, staff was very amiable by nature and well trained. Rooms were very spacious & neat clean with balcony view. Moreover, we enjoyed light music at the pool side area in evening time. Property is near to renowned beaches of north Goa. Overall, the experience at Goa Continental was excellent.

We booked this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. Now I would love recommend it to my friends. Location is great. Both Anujna & Baga beach nearby. Staffs are nice and humble. Chef came to meet us during the breakfast. We told him that we will have dinner at Hotel on our last day & he promised to meet our expectations. The Food was very tasty. Best part all rooms’ balcony swimming pool facing. Nice Pool. Spacious rooms. We liked the overall experience.

Everything tasted so tasty Chef serves lip-smacking North Indian, Continental & Seafood dishes. Everything tasted so tasty. Bar Tender made some nice cocktails. We booked a pool party & dinner on our last night. Their family room is so big that it could easily accommodate eight (8) of us. It was a great fun that we all eight friends stayed together in one family room with all comfort. Hookah flavour Blue Sky-Blueberry Mint was great. Rooms looks premium, room balcony was also quite big. Their check in process is very slow, room was not ready even by 2:00 pm had to wait for almost an hour. Rest all good.

We had a wonderful experience of celebrating our daughter's 5th B'day at the pool side of this Hotel. Hotel chef offered us complimentary candle light dinner for us. The room looks like recently renovated. Mountains view from the balcony was great. Enjoyed swimming & pool side bar/drinks. It's a boutique hotel not a resort otherwise all good about it. Front office ***ager was very humble and guided us on the best places/beaches & activities in GOA. The best was mid-night snacks by the Chef, we just loved it.

Very good service of the staff are very polite and calm ,.. good stay lively food and family staff are very friendly and also the swimming pool is good very day cleaning and maintaining hi fine view of the room is very good with 2 balconies
