Beautiful hotel! Felt brand new! Service was wonderful. Room wasn’t huge, but the price was more than fair. The servers in the restaurant were excellent and friendly, and the food was VERY good. The pool was tranquil. Didn’t take the opportunity to check out the spa, but it looked very nice. Really appreciated the turndown service. Location was great for exploring the Costa Smerelda area. Only two drawbacks: 1) the distance to their beaches, but the shuttle is very convenient. 2) the bed was as hard as a rock! Like sleeping on a table. Other than that, we had a really nice stay.

8.7/10. Nice, quiet hotel. Good pool, cool esthetic, great AC in clean rooms. The included breakfast buffet is okay. Good spa (saunas & ice shower). Great service staff. Free valet parking. 10 minute golf cart shuttle to the hotel’s nice, small, private beach club (leaves every 30 minutes). Our flight was cancelled by the airline and we missed night 1; the hotel would not refund our first night, but did so for our friends who also had their flight cancelled by the airline. Hotel gave us a day pass to the spa instead, which is better than nothing especially since the missed night was not their fault. Would stay again!

We had a week in one of the larger rooms. Very comfortable, well furnished etc. But slightly inconsistent house keeping. Milk and teabags not always replenished so we had to ask. Not a big deal of itself but should not happen in a five star. Believe we had fresh towels every day despite the eco card. Two bottles complimentary water for the whole week. Took a number of days for the spa bath to be fixed. Breakfast fantastic. Dinner v good. Great table service. Drinks expensive. Quiet location on edge of town but easy walk to restaurants and shops. “Private” beach a few minutes ride away in hotels buggy with loungers, umbrellas etc. Some cold drinks on site. Rest and Food comes from the hotel. Excellent. We did not use the pool or gym (both of which looked superb) or spa.

Our overall experience was amazing. The hotel management team was beyond kind and generous during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this part of Sicily.

The hotel was fine but not a 5 star hotel. The beds are unfortunately super hard and for some that may be comfy. There’s no irons to iron your clothes and you need to have laundry service done which is completely overpriced. It was 13 euros to iron one shirt.

Beautiful property with wonderful and attentive staff! The rooms were well appointed as were the general areas throughout the resort. The spa was gorgeous with topnotch amenities. In addition to the pool there are two options for swimming; a private harbor deck with staff as well as a private section of beach with food and drinks with shuttle service on the 1/2 hour from 10am-6pm. A true five star gem.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Gran Cannigione in Sardinia! I was truly impressed, especially with the exceptional service provided by Elia, Silvia, and Sara. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I must also mention the outstanding service from the bartender, Andrea, who greeted us with incredible warmth and positive energy every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the private beach and the fantastic beach club area. Everything was well-maintained and created a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Gran Cannigione for anyone visiting Sardinia. The attentive and friendly staff, along with the beautiful facilities, made my stay truly unforgettable.

Great boutique hotel in Northern Sardinia. Beautiful location, half a mile from two beach spots accesible via a private shuttle from the hotel. We really enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, the coziness and comfort of the room and the breakfasts and lunches by the pool and at the beach. Overall, a great experience. The only negative comment which explains the 4 star rating is the uncomfortable interaction I had with the front desk manager about the hotel's policy to not allow irons in the room and charge exhorbitant rates for ironing clothes. She stated that " the hotel is a private business and has the right to implement policies of their choice". I found the argument and the delivery very problematic and the policy itself absolutely ludicrous. Having to negotiate a rate for getting clothes ironed with a rather unfriendly manager is not how i want to spend my summer vacation in Sardinia. Excluding that incident, hotel is a nice choice for Northern Sardinia.
