Hotel Heritage Divine

There is no privacy for guests, there is a transparent glass in the window of the room n the outsider can clearly see what's going on in the room. I booked room for 2 adults but they provided only one cup n one water glass, t. V. Isn't working. They need some improvement

Very nice hotel. A bit inside. But food arrangement is naive and clean. The staff is good and helpful.

Hotel room cleanliness is good but power issues are there we will be in terrible situation due to power failure

The staff sitting at the check in counter is horrible, he thinks we booked the room for free. Also he forget to tell his housekeeping to clean the room even we submitted the keys at 2pm. Rest of staff is good with services but they need to improve alot. For tea they didn't had milk available so had to wait for 40mins so if you want to order something please tell them in advance. Again night staff was very helpful but the morning guy at the reception can make you feel off.

Witnessed terrible experience in the hotel. My room was alloted to some other person and the supervisor asked me to move in some cheap hotel, while I started arguing he told me this is the best we can do as we don't have any room available despite I planned and booked in advance. He made me to stay in some Oyo category hotel for a first day and second day I got shifted in the hotel. Would never recommend anyone to go there and such unprofessional behaviour from the hotel authority to not letting me stay there.
