Construction going on right outside our window. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Lightbulbs not working. Remote for tv was only partially working. The alarm was set the first night and we woke at 5am.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is nothing fancy, I describe it as a high end budget hotel, but it is clean, very well staffed, and offers all the amenities that make a trip pleasant. We will definitely be staying there again.

Hard bed, flat pillows, phone in the room didn’t work.
Internet was not working
No hot water for 2 days
The elevator light was not working so you couldn’t know what floor you where on

Everyone was so nice and very helpful!! We usually go somewhere once a month, and we will start staying there from now on!! Our granddaughter loved the swimming pool and hot tub!!

Property badly needs refurb. Many worn, damaged and missing items especially bathroom.
Breakfast was dissapointing. Poorly organized and missing condiments that when asked, they were out of.
Front desk was properly trained.
