We really enjoyed the stay here.. the location is fantastic..the amenities are brilliant..the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond.. the breakfast was brilliant and attention to detail is out of thso world.. definitely recommend and we would definitely come back to this hotel when we in Athens next

New, very comfortable hotel, wonderful staff. It's a small hotel, but the rooms are large. It's in a re-developing area of the city but seemed very safe and only a few blocks from lively restaurants - as well as shopping streets and the Roman Forum.

Alkima is located in the lively neighborhood of Psyri. An area of Athens full of clubs and restaurants. is a newly built hotel. Amazing and rich breakfast that you can choose in quantities every night. Helpful and attentive staff. To improve the pool in the rooftop: the water was not always clean.

Loved this hotel and would stay again. Upstairs and downstairs were beautifully designed and great places to hang out in. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, absolutely lovely. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had amazing style. We stayed in a room with a king and extra bed. Plenty of space and closets. Even had a workout set up with mats, bands and weights in the room, as well as an adorable little turquoise mini fridge. There was also a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard to walk out on or to open and let in fresh air, not much to see there though. All of it was really well thought out, making the space super functional, fun and lux.

What a find! This is a superb boutique hotel right next to all the fabulous restaurants and nightlife of Monastiraki. Five-star sights like Hadrian's Library are within a 10-minute walk. You can see the Parthenon from the rooftop terrace (where you can also take a swim and have a drink). And the breakfast! You choose from a big variety of top local food items and your tray is then delivered to your room, the cafe or the roof terrace. Rooms are filled with luxuries and there is plenty of light – both natural and from fixtures. Transport is easy, both to the ferry port and the airport. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience! Very nice spacious room that was very clean. The hotel is very centrally located and close to a neighborhood with cozy bars and restaurants, but the hotel itself is located in a quiet area, so there is no noise pollution at all. It has a very nice roof terrace with a small swimming pool where you can relax, you can also have your breakfast here (can also be done in other places if desired, including your own room) which consists of all fresh local products, very tasty! But what is most worth mentioning is the wonderful staff of this hotel who really do everything they can to make you feel at home! Proactive and with a big smile. We would immediately book here again on our next visit to Athens!

Spacious rooms and a feeling of being at home in this hotel with a limited number of rooms, with a super welcoming staff. We stayed 7 nights. The teenagers loved their rooms just like the adults. The adults enjoyed the gym while the kids slept. Nice rooftop. Easy location for visits, everything was done on foot. Only downside can be, a little noise from time to time with the slamming of the bedroom doors. Thanks to Monica and the whole team.
